A holding Company or a potential R/M shell?

Pink Current so someone put out the effort at the last minute to keep this from falling into stock hell.
Lazy POS. Probably the dude sitting on those 2.6m shares wanting to keep his neck alive.
Total disrespect for common shareholders to allow this to even become dark in the first place.

I love shells. Not to crazy about investing in some penny stock pipe dream. Too risky..
