.0016 on twice ave 30 day vol...IMO Park promised Baez a steady stream of $100-300 million transactions for starters. Yet ONE MONTH into Q3 Park and his realtor Sylia Gallegos launched a separate company doing the same thing as Bloxcross. That tells me they quickly realized they were being hosed by Park and wanted a backup for their non-Spooz transactions.

Look at the filings Baez owns a significant portion of the company still. The company even posted that bloc will continue as a partner.

It is very odd that a CEO resigns without explanation.

Did Spooz receive a Wells Notice?

But Baez did a cut and run and started another fake company.

Baez owns 50 shares of Preferred A stock.

For preferred equity, describe any dividend, voting and preemption rights.

Preferred A have voting control, voting rights equal to the
sum of all other votes of all other shares times 110.

No redemption or sinking fund rights. Not convertible.

The Baez preferred shares will be rescinded.

Plus, the terms and conditions of Spooz acquiring a majority share of Bloxcross was never provided.

In Q2 Park said "In 2023, Bloxcross successfully completed $135 million in global transactions." That's an average of $33,750,000 per quarter though I suspect most of it came later as their transactions grew. If so, one can reasonably extrapolate that transactions processed by Bloxcross were likely at their highest just before Q3 began.

The clear implication was that SPZI would enjoy at least 51% of any non-JP3E income generated by Blox.

In Q3 Park reported "The increase in revenue of $ 108,970,023 as of September 30, 2024 is from Bloxcross, Inc." though he didn't break out how much (if any) was the result of JP3E activity and how much was not.

Also.... if Bloxcross processed $108,970,023 in transactions (''revenues'') in Q3...shouldn't Bloxcross be entitled to HALF (49%) of any income generated by JP3E?

Lastly, in Q3 Park said explained the increase in "assets" included "$18,232,526 in Land & Buildings from Hamilton Associates LLC" which incurred a long term bank loan of $22,992,544..... acquired by a public company with a market cap of $10 million and falling?

That's your newbie Chairman/CEO for ya. Prior to SPZI his highest office was 2 months as CFO with RENAVOTIO (RIII) which was delisted/revoked after they were destroyed by acquiring his PPE Solutions scam.

Just because he stepped down as ceo doesn't mean anything changed. Look at the filings Baez owns a significant portion of the company still. The company even posted that bloc will continue as a partner.
Until the annual facts are you simply don't know either and would rather fling conspiracy theories out based on some minor stuff that may not have anything to do with the current situation.
It is much more likely that updates are pending and we will get news on shipments, revenue , or possible acquisitions. 
I await the annual and we will see.

Bloxcross accounted for $110 Million in revenue but Baez resigned as CEO and from the BOD. Then he started a new paper company - Flow-Trust - flow-trust.com.

Park has a long history in commodity trading.
Just because of no news doesn't mean there isn't news coming. AS is close to maxed so dilution is unlikely. Chart has reset. For those saying I've been "calling a run" look again I only started buying in the low .0030's and have added on the way down. 
The only updates from company have been Park taking back CEO and a tweet saying they expect MAJOR growth in 2025-
 Also one for the share increase which mentioned possible acquisitions!!!

What will this one show? 
Likely the completion of additional revenue deals and a possible acquistion.
I do believe a run is coming no later than end of march when annuals are due. Possibly sooner.

Spanish teachers for infants, speak no English. they are not able to tell me anything about my kid because they don't understand me and I don't understand them.
The person who runs this childcare there's nothing professional about her. She speaks down to her employees I would not send my child there. I have witness one of the Spanish teachers, feeding babies with the same spoon, I have also witness the teacher, eating her lunch with her utensil and fed the baby with same spoon she had in her mouth, disgusting. I was told that they were going to be fired, but they're still there. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE! AND Photo of Linda L.

We used Little Honors for 3 weeks about a year ago my son was 4 yrs. old. We had no issue then; however, this year on 8/17/23 we had an alarming drowning incident involving our son that occurred at a private resident pool located 1.5 miles away from daycare premises. The pool facility name was called "Swimply". I researched Swimply and read the owner rents his back yard out to the public. On his website he specifies there is cameras recording at all times, swimmers swim at their own risk because no lifeguards. Little Honors should have certified lifeguards and certified CPR staff on premises to ensure the safety of children attending Little Honors, but they don't. They did not disclose this to us, that was a red flag of alarm.

We needed another 3 weeks' worth of care this current year before my son started school. On his 4th day of attending Little Honors, we allowed him to go to a pool "trip" we paid $15 extra. My fiancé asked how they would arrive to pool, and Little Honors response was that they did not provide transportation for children. Instead, they walked the children 1.5 miles to and from this private residence on a high heat advisory week. A total of 3 miles for small children crossing major and busy roads. I am not against exercise but after a long walk arriving and swimming on a humid 100-degree day, the walk back is not justifiable as exercise. My husband asked for the address of pool location to pick him up himself because of our concern for our sons' safety. My husband assumed it was an official pool facility with changing rooms. Upon arriving to address provided by staff he entered a private resident backyard; he observed 4 staff members. One of the 1 staff member was pregnant so technically she cannot be reliable as someone who can jump in the pool to save children. The ratio was 3 staff members, 1 pregnant staff member to 22 kids. My son along with 2 other kids told my husband that our son had drowned. My son said a little girl in his class had gotten on top of him and held him under water for unknown time. My son told his dad that a "teacher jumped in to save him, swam my son to the steps of the pool and told him to breath in and out". My husband was understandably upset and asked who was a certified lifeguard? The staff responded that no one was certified. In addition, the residence had a porter potty, Little Honors had the children not only use that as a bathroom but also using it as a changing area. That is unsanitary and disgusting. My husband went to facility to speak to owner/management, we need immediate answers, and no one was available. The owner was on vacation. We sent an email for management to address this and explain what exactly happened. The owner called us back 3 hours later and still took no accountability and said she still needed to get facts. It is 8/25/2023 and we have yet to hear from Little Honors. A professional daycare facility would answer parents concern before end of business day. Little Honors is shady and untruthful. We escalated this to the Franklin Park Police, and they turned their investigation over to State DCF. The owner of pool residence has yet to provide video footage of the pool drowning that occurred 8/17/23. The state showed up to interview staff and children and investigation is still ongoing. Little Honors also canceled a scheduled meeting we had with them that day. The owner of Swimply pool residence also declined to come to this meeting. Little Honors told Law Enforcement they met with us and that is a flat out lie. They tried to say that all children had floaties and that was a lie. As Swimply website stated that they had recording cameras on site at all times, yet the owner is withholding the video. Until law enforcement sees that video, Little Honors is a danger for all children attending. Do not send your children to Little Honors they dont have CPR certifications either. If they did we would not be hear warning all of the parents seeking daycare.

Little Honors should answer and explain what happens to our children when drownings occur within the same business day.

Little honors need to be certified lifeguards and CPR certified if they intend to keep taking children off site to swim at Swimply that is a personal residence. They should be professional and careful by providing transportation for little kids on heat advisory weeks.

Little Honors need a suitable changing area for children after pool use. A porter potty is not acceptable, safe or sanitary.

Little Honors has lied to investigators and until that video shows different they are wrong and dangerous to all children.

Conclusion--Park is a LOUSY businessman...another broke, desperate, fake-it-till-ya-hope-ya-can-make it, cult pastor who thinks all he has to "name it, claim it and divine, supernatural forces will intervene and make it a reality."

IMO look no further than the deceptive, passive/aggressive, manipulative, exploitive, mentality of the University Bible Fellowship that he claims to be a mid-level pastor of and operating his ''church'' out of 510 Hamilton.

Whadda ya bet the tenants that owe the most in back rents at 510 Hamilton are John K Park's---

1. JP3E
2. The UBF church
3. The Korean Barbecue Grill
4. Grace Park's "Little Honors" daycare
Any other unnamed side businesses operating from that location

Banks don't like having to take a property back that has liens that attach to the property ahead of the mortgage. They also become concern when the borrower becomes insolvent. Especially, when the mortgage is underwater given they know the borrower will start pocketing the rents and not taking care of the building or paying vendors/subs.

Assuming all three are in play, Parks will find that the lender will NOT be easy to work with since the property tax and utilities are in default, given these will need to be paid by the lender should they take the property back under a foreclosure. This property could already be going through the process and if one wasn't watching the local filings against the court records, they wouldn't know it.

I've watched this type of property before where even the tenants didn't know the property was being foreclosed on until they get a notice from a receiver or new management company taking over. The banks don't like to let the word get out, since many tenants will stop making rent payments if they find out the property is in foreclosure.

Water/Sewer (city) gets caught between a rock and a hard spot. They can't shut the water off given most states have landlord & tenant laws that restrict how they can or cannot enforce payment. Even if the Landlord is collecting the W/S in the monthly lease payments.

The fact that Parks isn't paying the bill would only show he is pocketing the money, or at best using it to cover other bills either related or unrelated. This also decreases the odds of an outside investor wanting to pick this property up under a tax foreclosure.

Now add in the current interest rates are placing the existing mortgage payoff underwater even if an investor was to step in to pay the back taxes, they wouldn't want to come up the cash requirement to pay the loan down to take out the existing lender. Given the bank wouldn't likely allow an assumption of a loan underwater and you can quickly see the writing on the wall.

My money says the bank is likely in talks to call the loan or Parks would be paying his water/sewer bill.

If I understand the pumper's position correctly, Park can't release any top secret information on the price, profit or arrival of gold, chicken pieces and parts, sugar, coal, etc because it would break some imaginary rule, but it's perfectly permissible for him to shout from the roof tops (multiple times) about signed contracts, shipping dates, building and company acquisitions and other pumping information.

IMO there will probably be a knee jerk pop when 2024 annual report is posted-- due the end of March. But without independent verification of claims it'll likely be short lived once the autopsies begin.

Prospective investors go to official channels for DD...OTC being the most obvious for this POS. Not Twitter/X or even IHub. The fact that Baez resigned isn't posted on OTC --and the addition of Park's old real estate lawyer Rudolph Polombi Jr as a director-- don't warrant any update on OTC "News" is telling. Either Park is incapable of doing the basic CEO duties of keeping investors informed --or he knows these two actions would be scrutinized by critics.

His being AWOL on OTC since November 21st could be --as some have speculated-- the result of inquiries by regulators. Just knowing you're being monitored by "three letter agencies" is often enough to stop gratuitous pumping
