i saw that TWER is sold to another firm. I own significant amount of share in TWER and there was no communication of this news or any effect on share price. we should have been compensated for the shares we own. i will file a complaint to SEC and Finra.

I see your point. I am on another stock with slightly smaller share structure and it is avg. 0.33/share. And it is only a shell.
At least TWER is actively operating even though not reporting financials.

Market Makers are playing ping pong with this one daily with very small trades.

With no dilution, there is no continuous downward pressure. There is some value to this company thus why it is staying in this price channel.

There’s been no interest though.. If this keeps up w/out news, you have to imagine the PPS going down more.. no

Bid keeps getting lower and lower but the Ask not dropping with it.

Why would they need to stop reporting to SEC? What is to gain from this?
Save time and hassle of reporting requirements?

This is what what I’ve been waiting for, patience always pays, I expect behind the scenes the company has sold out I would say in my opinion we see over 55M offer because this company has some very valuable assets, I would love to see the remainder of shareholder get bought out anywhere from $30 to $50 this is the time to load anything under $10 is a steal I’m going to try my best to load another 2k shares tomorrow at whatever price this is going to skyrocket they won’t forward split the float is only 340k that’s about as small of a float as this can go, any forward split and there’s even less shares, get ready for the moon folks my suggestion load everything you can before July ends that’s most likely when we see sale news I’m expecting $50 a share this could be the stock that puts you in retirement good luck all

similar to aiko stock which goes from 3$ to 50$ in a month with very low float same way this will run minimum 30$ on more volume. or either company has to think about forward split

New 8-k looks good, they’re deff going to sell the company, instead of June 30th deadline they’ve extended final sale another month out, now July 30th, if management wants there bonus they have to sell company anywhere between 45M-55M but I would bet we got multiple buyers bidding up the sale price which is why we were granted an extra month to sell, things are looking good.

Well if you read the recent SEC filings they’re in the process of selling the company everything will be all wrapped up and done by June 30th we should have a PR of how much they will be selling TWER for.. As of today the market cap on this is UNDER 1M extremely undervalued at the moment & the reason volume has been low is because the company went through 2 R/S a 1/20 and then after that a 1/50 I believe.. this was due to previous CEO who ran company to the ground the new CEO tried doing the best he could to turn the company around but it was too little to late if you read Stetsons letter to the board of directors he believes company has assets ranging from $70-100M and the new CEO has already engaged a banker and is selling out the company NOT going bankrupt so that’s a plus for us. Only problem right now is Melody who we have our financing through we owe them 38M and then we also have to pay them a fee for terminating the financing agreement early all said and done this company will be sold by June 30th share price is $2.45 and whatever they sell the company at will be a lot more that just $2.45 a share if they can somehow squeeze 60-75M out for the company which is cheap for the tech that they got this can easily see a share buyout price of $15-$25 and not to mention any good news that might drop from now until then, this has a micro float of 340,000 so any news this is going to go up so fast your head will spin, I hold about 15k shares here loading as much as I can before sale news drops as long as I see at least $20 that will be the easiest 300k gain of my life.. good luck if you’re going to get in, if your dropping 15-20k in here there’s not many shares for sale as everyone is holding onto them for the buyout you would have to seriously buy most of your shares all for market price

Why is this company so cheap? Use them for ISP in some business installs and they provide a great service. 0 volume for the day? Looking at the chart, it was over $500/share just less than a year ago?

Someone fill me in here, I'm tempted to throw 10-20k into the ring here.

Only hope now is they can squeeze more money out of the sale maybe in the 60-75M range then we might see a share price of $15-25 which would leave some cash leftover for the shareholders..

Of course we will get farked!! Why would the company care about us now when they never have cared what happens to shareholders for years???

So correct me if I’m wrong here.. this is what I took away from the 8-K..
So Melody WILL get paid there 38 Million first no matter what, then after Melody gets paid, there’s a TON of preferred shares that get paid.. I believe it said they were selling company for 45-55 Million?? If that’s the case it doesn’t sound like there is going to be anything left for the shareholders??
Can someone correct me if I’m wrong? Sounds like we might be f#%ked....

That was a 10k Buy order, we dropped .10 cents because someone sold about 600 shares nothing to do with dilution, and the way the markets been this has held up very well unlike the market we are green for the year.

Wow...somebody diluting the shit out of it today. I’m sure it’s one of the Company officers or the company selling treasury shares.

So what do we think happens from here? BK? What I don’t understand is why would Barry Hoing take a 9% stake in the company if the end result was him just losing money? I know they’re going to release ER soon, so maybe they mention either an asset sale Miami which was appraised to be worth 22-33MILL or an outright sale of the company, and in Mr. Stetsons letter, he wrote the company has anywhere from 60-100 MILL in assets that the market does not realize? Things just don’t add up here there’s so many things happening it wouldn’t seem like BK or Chapter 11 is in the books when CEO can easily sell assets or company. I’m really hoping for an improved ER with more revenue as the past to quarters HAVE been an improvement, they just need to find a way to get rid of debt, sell assets, cancel out debt, focus on revenue growth and maybe the company could see a profit, I see way to much potential here, and with the float being only 340k god forbid we get news off asset sale or an outright sale of the company, this will go to the moon $50+ the last company Barry Honig got in shot up from about where we are now $2 to about $45 in a matter of days, he must know something we don’t or at least see value that the common investor doesn’t..
