Basically MRES is what WUHN was. So if you liked what WUHN was about, then most likely you would like MRES, I cannot give you investment advice on that. I did see a recent PR from MRES, where they bought a company call JDAX which would seem that they are adding a new component to their business.

Unfortunately, I have not seen any action taken against Robinson. Probably the class action attorneys don't see where to collect anything from. Just my guess. Would love to see it though.

Is there any worth to MRES - any reason to chase that for a psilocybin play.

MRES is the company Jeff sold all our assets to, became the Pres (or CEO or whatever) of that company, and left WUHN high and dry.

This company that seldom trades and shows a share price of 0.0004 has this webinar notice posted online for a Sep 13, 2023 event titled "Pharmacology and Clinical Application of CBD" featuring Prof. Vanish Mahjaraj and Dr. Skye Scott.

The company website has only this short notice - no other links to company info but it does display the M2Bio logo. Maharaj shows up on line as a Motivational Speaker and Dr. Scott describes herself thusly: "I’m a Dr-mom-student of a meaningful life-bringing you science & it’s magic" She has several dozen TikToks online on medical topics. I don't see an affiliation with M2Bio for either speaker and they may be just posting notice of webinar that seems to fit with their once-upon-a-time business. Can't see the last time the stock traded. Sure looks to be dead in the water .

Website has a link to MRES -a US OTC Symbol for the Institute of Biomedical Research, Corp. Looks like MRES is parent of M2Bio. The recent press releases mentioning M2Bio are shown under the MRES banner

and was discussing how wonderful WUHN was doing, and they hardly had to spend what other companies in the space were spending, and he was about to hire a genius in the field.?

I want to send in a complaint to the SEC and would like to include that interview, but cannot find it.

We are all “upset” about it. The anger has passed. Not going to let the loss of money in a piece of shit company ruin my year. Move on and learn from it. What else can we do?
Yesterday OTC Markets updated and the TA is no longer verified and the profile is no longer verified. What’s the next step? Folks selling here are probably booking a tax loss.

The CEO stripped the company of all assets, and transferred them to a different company under the guise of a "sale" for just enough to pay debts of WUHN.

No one seems upset about it. Don't ask me why.

I cannot believe what has happened here. Things had been so promising, yet, it seemed the momentum evaporated. I finally let go at about $0. 38 -months ago- and I expected it to slap me in the face on the way to $5/ share.
