If this was trading for pennies I'd have no doubt, but there actually seems to be earnings here. Maybe even growth? I dunno who the analysts are who are projecting a $31 share price?
I do see it reverse split last year, that's rarely a good thing.
I also see Pomeranz has already started a class action suit.

On March 6, 2025, The Bear Cave published a short report identifying purported "red flags" at Gorilla, including an aggressive pivot to AI technology, unconventional partnerships and controls over financial reporting, asserting that "[t]he exact details of Gorilla's business and partnerships are a little fuzzy."

On this news, Gorilla's stock price fell $13.50 per share, or 32.21%, over the following two trading sessions, to close at $28.41 per share on March 7, 2025.

How does a company go from no earnings, to $17.30 in a quarter, back to nothing the following quarter?
Did they sell off any assets they had?
Based on the charts only, this looks like a place to risk some money......maybe?

I believe it is criminal but it’s easy to do and there are no consequences, as you said. There will be no justice served here. At best we wait for the thieves to find another mark. Even if the justice system intervenes the perps just close up one shop and open a new one.
It doesn't help having management that seems to show no effective response.

I was in a stock that about five years ago got attacked in this way. It was definitely a criminal conspiracy that included the law firm that immediately started posting about lawsuits right after the attack article was published. The company counter-sued and eventually won the case (with prejudice) but nothing ever happens to the perps. They just move on to the next one, very frustrating.

It's crazy that they can post something so damaging with no consequences. Criminal...!

The entire market is volatile due to the admin. Market was also odd the last time he was in office, so I do prefer trading pumps to accumulate more shares. The tariff drama is causing strange movement with every sector I follow.
