REAL has posted a recent update to their Investor Presentation. It’s under investor relations tab. Comprehensive information.

I think current 1 year forecast of 2.20 makes the current price of 1.75 a great entry point. The stock will eventually hit it’s precious all time high of $4.00_. And longer term I believe this will be a double digit stock. I’m heavily invested in it.

The REAL Brokerage is a cloud based technology real estate brokerage offering agents a better way to do business and favorable
economics. They are essentially a clone of EXPI which currently has a PE of 400. They are early stage and in a growth mode.

Life changing if this follows EXPI so happy to be in at these super low levels!

Another 275 agents added in Utah with 1.2 Billion in revenue. They just keep getting bigger.

Yup I think it very much has a chance to do a similar run long term.

Does anyone know what is going on here? I know someone gave a price target of 3.5 but there seems to be a lot of shares trading. Does anyone think this will run like EXP?

I have family that works for EXPI and it’s looking like REAX has been taking some of there top agents. REAX plays there cards right we will all be awarded very nicely! GLTA
