What patent? That mentions nothing about a BioAmber patent lol.
All of FKA BioAmbers patents were in fact liquidated and sold to LCYB. The ones owned by third parties were not.
I have posted the legacy assignment here multiple times that shows the patents signed over to LCYB.

General comment: There are a LOT of companies in this space on ClinicalTrials - a significant majority being in China (and a large fraction of them being BCMA instead of CD19 - so more severe side effects (eg forgetting past immunities) and unclear efficacy in autoimmune)
