Lifeline Biotech Inc (CE) (LLBO) Share Price

Arnie, Again, it has been almost 4 years since this traded. I would never sell at this point, but even you would have to wonder why so much silence. Acropolis and Currier are the ones that said Shareholder Value was their top priority, over 4 years ago. Hope I am wrong, but something should of happened by now. It is getting hard to keep feeling positive about this. Aren't you just a little bit worried at this point? Thanks.

Lucky, I'm starting to believe Currier and Acropolis are hoping all the LLBO Shareholders will just disappear. Imagine all the Promises they made when they put in for Custodianship of LLBO with the courts. Remember Shareholder Value was what they told the Judge, and now they treat us like we do not exist. Really Worried at this point. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't dump it for .0001 if that's what you're asking. I'd hold out hope for that audit. IF/when this ticker ever trades again, though, I'd dump it like a bad habit. Custodians like Caren Currier and GS make money and anyone who dumps on the spike before the actual RM makes money, but anyone who holds through the RM gets burned. Look at KAST and KATX and OWUV and ILST and KFRG and all the rest of Currier's RM plays.

Pinksheet sub-penny trading isn't investing, it's gambling. Win some, lose some. IMO this ticker became garbage when Holmes transferred all the IP to Cyrcadia and abandoned LLBO. That was a long time ago. If you've held this long, why not keep holding and hope for the miracle.

IF this ticker ever trades again, though, rest assured that the new company won't have anything to do with the ITbra.

GetSerious, Shouldn't they at least let the Shareholders know what is happening after promising the Custodian Court that thier main interest was Shareholder Value. And with LLBO having basically $0 Value, what could they be doing an Audit on(Especially since Holmes Family is totally out of the Picture)/Why so Silent??

I think you just have to wait until they complete the audit. That appears to be the roadblock.

if by "shareholder rights" you mean the right to sue somebody, I think that "somebody" was Jimmy Holmes. I don't see any basis for a lawsuit against Acropolis.

In July the Courts washed their hands of LLBO Custodianship, The thought was that Acropolis or Caren Currier would at least make LLBO tradeable while waiting for possible Merger. It's been total silence. What could be their reasoning to not let this trade while waiting for Merger. Is this Legal and do shareholders have any rights here?

I get the feeling that Caren Currier retired. Does anyone have any evidence to the contrary?

Lucky, On StockRunners LLBO Twitter Site it says LLBO Business License in Nevada has been REVOKED for not ReApplying. Also it would only Cost $1000 to Register with the OTC with Minimal Financial Information needed. It should not be cost that is stopping them from being PinkCurrent. Question is> Why can't Acropolis make LLBO Tradeable while waiting for a Merger? Have a look at Twitter.

Arnie, I agree, but there is no way out for any of us unless this becomes PinklCurrent. And everything keeps getting pushed forward, month after month, years after YEARS. Why can't they at least acknowledge the Shareholders. Very Odd. It is tough not to be Negative.

G: As far as your thinking on the June/Dec 2025, I pray to God that it will not happen!! I am hoping that things will be rectified by then!! For me that is a negative thinking and I do not think that way!! If that is how you feel, you're entitled to your own feeling! I do not entertain that kind of thinking because that is very non- productive!!

Lucky, There's a new response on StockRunners twitter site today 11/12/24 on LLBO. Please check it and see if you can understand what this means for LLBO. StockRunners talks about attorneys and filing papers, but seems to be speaking about the other Company attached to the Post. Check it out.

G: Here is my thinking why Caren C. Is delaying the Pink Current or Trading ! She wants to open this not as a Penny stock anymore! Because she learn from previous experienced that most of the previous Companies that she owns it got stocked, in penny stock and most of them remain there!! With LLBO in a very good standing financially, no debts and a great tax benefits, with a Merger; now is the right time to to go for this oppurtunity; to get out from a penny stock mentallity!! Arnie and Lucky, All I am saying is Caren Currier has not responded to anyone and Acropolis basically does not exist. Don't you wonder about that. LLBO was released from the Courts and Custodianship in July. Even if they are looking for a Buyer, there is no reason to not make LLBO PinkCurrent(TRADEABLE).This is taking far too long. Again, I am here till the end, hope I am wrong, but I have a bad feeling about this.

Lucky, the year is coming to a close very quickly. I have serious doubts that Caren Currier and( Acropolis?) want to go forward and make LLBO PinkCurrent(Tradeable). Are you getting a little worried yet? This should have been completed already. Maybe they believe all the shareholders will disappear.

I think it's a end of year tax seller calling their brokerage to remove an unwanted or worthless security. It prints as a .00001 or .000001
The transaction needs to print. That's what the .00001 and .000001s mostly are

Question is, who is buying or selling 2 million shares for a total of $2.38 ???????? Odd!
