I removed all my 0001 bids and might regret it...LOL... even though I have 24M, still. These are the tickers where one might loose some 3k or might get 10x out of it some day very quickly. I'll give them a few more months.

Yes, I did say last year this is just another lottery play. Guess I'm still shell shocked from the last 4 years of languishing in the "Bermuda Triangle" of VXIT,GSTC, and DTII. Every year it was ; " great things on the horizon ". Translation; over promise and under deliver. But we all have similar stories, don't we ? But that definitely has been the case with NAFS so far.

Sure....but on the positive side: With any announcement, filing, tweet etc they were late but eventually came through. The stable SS and real business could make this a gem or just a lottery play. That's why loading in the low trips makes sense and not on eventual spikes (I have no doubt there will be some but only front loading makes sense and is relatively safe)

" More updates coming soon". How about updating us on those (supposed) back to back trade shows in January ? No update on why the live CEO event is over 3 months overdue as well ? What's been going on revenue wise last 3 months also ? Not a peep. Were the "milestones hit", pink status, cert., and year end report only ? Give potential shareholders a reason to buy this stock. Give current shareholders some hope this can climb out of trips this year. Maybe I'm impatient or maybe not ? NAFS - We need more from you.

Havanna roasters is real. I wasn't sure if NAFS was just used to raise cash & for accounting write offs. The suspicion grew with dilution and management not being able to file properly, to show revenue and a true link between the business and the listed stock. They do now file properly (albeit often late), have not taken any new dilutive debt, show revenues. So I think we witness a true effort to expand as a public company with fancy coffee products. I hold some 26M shares just in case. Whether it will be just an uptick in pps or real appreciation due to proper communication/updates/filings I don't know...but I take any of the two possibilities. Of course once we get into flipping territory, resp. upper tripp's, I will think hard if I trust or discard rather than buy back/support the pps. Right now its a no brainer to buy low/hold.

The unrestricted shares still are a reasonable 1.7 bil. Can still move way higher than .0001 if future tweets / PR's stop with these timelines that don't come to pass. Not sure what's going to happen here this Spring, but it's just yet another lottery play after all. OTC = long shots.

Promising that they filed "Notification of late filing" for the annual report today. 90 days means they responsibly filed on the very last day LOL. I am curious what eventually will show in the 10K (if anything new, resp. some revenues). Also they should be alert enough to get the certification etc. in order to be listed on OTCID come July.
