Understand, but I have never been a trader or tried to time the market. There is a difference between serious investing and trading and flipping. Of course, traders and flippers can make significant profits, but long term investing has served me well. GLTY.

LMFAO! My AXGN shares are in a large beneficiary IRA that is professionally managed, and were acquired at very low levels, such that I am still up around 500%. Not worried in the slightest.

Sheeeeeeesh! Not a big deal. there are literally dozens of these supposed plaintiffs securities class action law firms that put out these notices on a daily basis claiming they are looking into every publicly traded company that has seen a significant drop in its stock price. These firms have literally made a cottage industry off of this, but the vast majority of the claimed investigations don't amount to anything. The link you posted is just one of many such notices on AXGN over the past several weeks and month since it dropped.

Amazing that this isn’t tanking again. I guess the news from the article yesterday was already priced in.

It's not shorting. Most shares of this arent able to be loaned.

Anyone shorting AXGN shares at this level is likely to get caught with their pants down in a very big way.

Based on a best guess model somewhere between 5.80 and 6.00. BUT, and this is a big but here, there is no way of determine the nature of the trading. So if it is higher shorting that number is too low. If it lower shorting it is too high.

I'd say the confidence range is between 3.80 and 13.00. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I did post on this board when to buy in 2014? and when to sell last year though. Check the log here.

I am not a forecaster. I do event-driven analysis. I would say it'll start going up after the 100 million in securities is unloaded. I can't estimate when that will be though. But, my guess is you'll see the trading flat line when it happens.

AXGN got hit very hard by end-of-year tax loss selling and should recover now. I doubt it goes much if any lower, as it appears to be over-sold right now.

How low do you think this goes?
