Maybe never, I do trade this Stock, disclaimer. However, I understand they could go out of business soon soon meaning 2 to 3 years. They've got a couple of reverse splits left in them. First, they're gonna have to dilute again this quarter if not in December, they will have to in the beginning of the first quarter. They only have a couple of million dollars left in their bank account and they just bled another $2.1 million loss. They will lose another couple million in The first quarter of next year. If any of these new products, take traction, anything can change. But from what I can see this Company is bleeding bad and they need to sell more shares and they're gonna have to do a reverse split to stay on the board. Or be kicked to the OTCBB. At that point, they will not be able to get any more funding. I believe also they might announce a reverse split in December at the latest. They have to stay compliant. They're allowed One for 250 reverse split within two years. They have plenty to go. 

At what point is this a buy

It’s not about how many times a year, it’s about 250 shares to one in a reverse split. So they could do 10 splits in two years at 50 shares each time.

How times a year is a stock allowed to do a reverse split?

Sorry, Arnold, that was supposed to say Delisted, however, on the 10th edible gardens got the letter that they were compliant. Of course, their next big hurdle will be to go over a dollar or once again they’ll be booted off the NASDAQ. I see a reverse split in the future, but first those shares have to convert from the last round of money.

So there’s NASDAQ rule that says you can Onefor 250 share reverse, split inside of two years. The last time edible gardens did the reverse split. So edible gardens could do another reverse split in the next month or two to become compliant with the NASDAQ one dollar rule.

So they’re compliant with NASDAQ equity. They did not mention that they are not NASDAQ compliant with share price. That is the next hurdle they have to overcome. you’re allowed to reverse splits in a two year. There is some stipulations about to reverse splits in a given year. Anybody know all the rules on this?
