I guess traders looked and saw the registration as well as the reverse split and decided to play it only very quick?

I get it.  I do agree the volume was surely to help push the warrant through however the new warrant is at .36 cost basis. To me that says the price will rise as the new warrant would make no sense otherwise. I agree maybe not today given the Holiday and lack of volume and other news.  I don't think it will go back to the teens personally but that is my opinion. Could get interesting here in the future. Merry Christmas! 

Simple the volume the last few days was just to get the warrant exercise done and the stock sold. Now it's going to  go back exactly where it was and may trade to the year low.

What are your thoughts and reasons? 

This stock is virtually guaranteed to collapse today

I saw that.  Investor exercises a placement from Sept it looks like if I read the press release right. I feel like a bigger catalyst is coming.  Hopefully.  We will see.

$EDBL Actually just a dip to the news out today great time to add now , but small amount to an institutional investor . Now has picked up to OVER 5,000 Stores they are in and with the patents and TM Trademarks they have , Plus being in the Organic Food Supply Chain and Food Safety plus TM Protein Products is really the Icing on the top of the cake.
Once Robert F. Kennedy gets rolling with MAHA bills and legislation , look for this to really take off . Check out the DD I sent earlier (link) and see the other Links (I always provide DD Links with Facts) , this is real Sleeper folks.

I think we will see $1 here soon in the next few trading days.  Just a hunch.  We will see if I am right or wrong. 

Don't get stuck listening to their fake story, they're losing millions per quarter they're far from profitable. If you check the recent DDS you will see that they did 5 1/2 million at $.36 to share. Now they pump the stock to go over the $.36 to share until they get their 5.5 million to pay that debt off. All that you were seeing is wash trading by professionals to make it look like there's true action. You will see once they receive the amount of money they need. This will go right back down into the low teams and then they'll do a reverse split to get it up over the dollar and then be compliant

Maybe never, I do trade this Stock, disclaimer. However, I understand they could go out of business soon soon meaning 2 to 3 years. They've got a couple of reverse splits left in them. First, they're gonna have to dilute again this quarter if not in December, they will have to in the beginning of the first quarter. They only have a couple of million dollars left in their bank account and they just bled another $2.1 million loss. They will lose another couple million in The first quarter of next year. If any of these new products, take traction, anything can change. But from what I can see this Company is bleeding bad and they need to sell more shares and they're gonna have to do a reverse split to stay on the board. Or be kicked to the OTCBB. At that point, they will not be able to get any more funding. I believe also they might announce a reverse split in December at the latest. They have to stay compliant. They're allowed One for 250 reverse split within two years. They have plenty to go. 

At what point is this a buy

It’s not about how many times a year, it’s about 250 shares to one in a reverse split. So they could do 10 splits in two years at 50 shares each time.
