(“Cantor”), dated as of August 27, 2021, relating to the offer and sale of shares of our common stock. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, under this prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus, we may offer and sell shares of our common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $17,500,000 from time to time through Cantor acting as sales agent.

doing a little digging...........the prospectus filed a few days ago is NOT the company selling shares....it is 2 of its largest holders JUMPING SHIP !!.......innoviva and armistice capital

they combined , are selling over 18 million shares, or about half the O S .....if the 35,475,441 is accurate.....i see why they tried to pump this early this morn.......i suspect massive selling today
