You just told people here he holds his shares when there's a Form 4 showing he sold and still holds some shares. I suspect you simply don't know how to read filings.

Curve, I'm not giving out bad information. No one knows how many shares are still held by individuals. I'm also not disputing the sales of executives. That being said, no one knows why people sell shares. No one is expected to hold on forever, that is why we invest.

BigBambino giving out bad information. In fairness a number of execs sold around the same time on FDA approval. What's he have left about 170k shares?

All I'm saying is, when I pull out of stock (whether with a loss or gain) I move on to my other or future holdings. To hang around a board and post regularly for years only to post negative views is basically concerning. To sell shares at a loss, deserves a negative response. But to hang around for years, with no skin in the game tends to send up red flags as to why. I myself being a long, will only view further post and restrain from engaging any further. Best of luck to all longs, which I believe will be rewarded. Seeing as we've already regained 5% back from loss's, let's wait and see 😀

On June 10 of this year kapur sold 421,875 shares @$4.64…. Go to geron insider trading all activity is posted there ….not a good sign imo

Maybe this was a decision with a possible takeover. Go and look for an alternate position somewhere else, since they wouldn't need 2 in that position. I think how the stocks end's up after Friday, may tell us a little more.

Not me. Geron has way too loooong a history of torturing shareholders. Waiting to see some actual market penetration.

Hard to imagine why a Chief of commercialization would walk away right as they begin to commercialize?? Talk about spooking investors. Well, atleast they seem to have a capable back up on the BOD.

let's not forget, he may have put in a resignation, but still holds his shares. If you can show me he sold all his shares, then maybe, maybe I would be concerned.

This is a bonus buying opportunity, just purchased another 1500 @ $4.26. So everyone knows how much I'm invested here. There is no way an FDA approved, life changing drug should be going down. To go down 10% on only 5m shares is a direct indication of who is controlling this. Wishing the longs all the future best that we shall see. If you are looking for a quick buck, than day trade. If your looking for a big payout, which I am, then we should hold.

Grrrrrron. Always such an uphill battle. Well, maybe he knows a buyout is coming??

I hope my fellow long share holders filled out there form for the class action. I received a check for $7300 for my shares of period in 2018. That alone has made up a good chunk of my initial shares (which is paid for 10x's over). To have this at almost $5, still without any direction is phenomenal. if following trading sequence will notice, downward pressure is with share purchase of less then 100 shares. When direction is announced, this should go skyward. ALL JMHO and wish the best for all long's, GOD bless.

GERN is 30x the size of MAIA. Wouldn't be a merger, would be an acquisition.

The shorts will never let this stock ever go up … it’s sad when you get fda approval and that is not even close to being enough . A buy out will be the only thing that makes this stock go

It’s a disgrace what management has done to this company it could have been a great stock ..

I’m pissed and I sold a long time ago for a loss but in retrospect it looks like this has no bottom and not another ounce of any news to lift it any time soon if at all . Absolutely disastrous results after approval .

My thoughts remain if Gern gets bought out and hopefully they will….I feel INCY is the ideal candidate…..they are constantly buying other companies….and I won’t be surprised if was a stock swat instead of a cash offer…..JMO

Or..I'm thinking the PR hit the news wire (just before close) for Monday morning 7 am release....They are a West Coast company (Foster City, Cal) so probably someone didn't want to go into work before 4 am to set up the PR...`This would explain the sudden jump starting at 3:40.

This will be under 2 next week what a piece of shit . Over 30 years waiting for approval and this is the result I’m happy I sold for the loss I took a while back .

I had 4 positions, mainly IRAs. Lost one on a limit, out at 5. Holding the other 3. Looking to add at some point

Just picked up another 4k@$4.40. If keeps going down, I will continue to add more. No surprises here, Approved/Fantastic results. Right now still up 75% and like I said, I've held since 7/2018 (only with a hope), but now with approval will just sit end wait. Best of luck to us that actually have shares.
