Everyone has abandoned ? Sure looks awful compared to Mara now but is this being jammed down on purpose ? Bitcoin way up and SP down. Cipher the same. Options being created for the managers again ? Big share deal to some big players ? Wouldn't surprise me at all.

To answer your question, You are either a true believer in Bitcoin or you are not.

And anyone who buys stocks should always understand the difference between Investing and Speculating.

Bitcoin Miner stocks are NOT normal stocks and should not be compared to others outside the group. Not only do they follow the stock market averages but they also follow the price of Bitcoin. And that dramatically increases their volatility and makes for better speculative trading.

The Bitcoin Miner stocks have always been a proxy for the price of Bitcoin. They tend to move by a much larger percentage than the price of Bitcoin.

Furthermore, some Miners are HIODL'ing the BTC they produce, whereas other Miners are selling their BTC as soon as they produce it.

The new FASB Accounting rules require the BTC held in treasury to be recorded as a Gain or a Loss based on the BTC price. This is without regard to whether they actually sell the Bitcoin and realize a true Gain or Loss. It would not work this way if they hold Dollars instead of Bitcoin.

The result is that those that HODL do not look so great on paper compared to those who sell. But obviously that will change dramatically if and when Bitcoin makes a run.

Why would anyone buy stock in this company. With ETFs that track the asset it makes this company irrelevant. This whole company can go down and there will be plenty of miners to keep the network safe. Miners are dime a dozen.

”Cheapies” have been Father Time certified expensive in the past.

RIOT continues to be a favourite trade with proper timing. Never caught a bottom and never caught a top. The in betweens is my goal.

It’s all personal acceptance and realities.

I did buy some sub $7.75’s ’s today though. Looking for some market confirmation before diving in deep.

Seen sub $4 here not that long ago.

It’s an insider enriching, self rewarding dilution machine.

All one has to do is look at all the filings.

That being said—With proper timing (albeit infrequently) large $$$’s have been banked.

After seeing that disgusting report and how much management pays themselves millions, I sold 3/4 of my position at 10.23 this morning. Should have sold it all. Held all my BITF though. I'll wait till this goes back up to mid $10's and sell the rest. I am NOT supporting these sleazebags! And... They have the gull to try and put 3 Board-members on BITF. That's Too Funny!!
