A little pre makert moving. Interesting how my td says its 329 and ihub shows 336

You posted a 3 month chart, not year. And chart won't mean much in a few days when all shares are cashed out and they go private like they announced last month

STMP 3 year chart is something SPECIAL

Why such volume now? Deal is for $330 a share, and we'll probly get bought out a day before the earnings were suppose to be released, basically hosing us

$weet deal: Stamps.Com shares are trading higher after the company announced it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction that values Stamps.com at approximately $6.6 billion.

About time. Being bought out just before earning released

Worth a read, was kinda hoping it would drop more and I could get a few cheaper shares. I'll wait 5 years for 700 a share

I suspect it will pull back slightly and settle until either news or the next earnings call. It should be a good year here IMO

GAAP net income was $20.3 million, down 52% compared to $42.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2018.

GAAP net income per fully diluted share was $1.13, down 51% compared to $2.30 in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $51.4 million, down 28% compared to $71.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Non-GAAP adjusted income per fully diluted share was $2.12, down 43% compared to $3.73 in the fourth quarter of 2018.
