The Trust will invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of energy and natural resources companies and equity derivatives with exposure to the energy and natural resources industry. Companies in the energy and natural resources industry include those companies involved in the exploration production or distribution of energy or natural resources such as gas oil metals and minerals as well as related transportation companies and equipment manufacturers.
