CCX must have a plan if they go this online Education route. The market is there with Covid that is for sure.

TG is way more attractive to investors, although I know that TG has quite a bit of debt as well.

The only thing that differentiated CCX from other SPACs is the target company.

Top Golf sounds way more attractive than this alternative.

Rumor is instead of Top Golf they are now trying to acquire 2 bankrupt Online Education companies.

Why create a SPAC with zero debt just to take on possible debt and 2 failed businesses?

Not understanding this unless they think they can create one bigger company for a Covid type of entity with people staying hope from school and training centers these days.

I have LCA and CCX. Made some beer money profits on FMCI and NKLA but did not catch the big moves there.

Bought a few CCX and a few CCX/WS. Let's see what happens.

Closed at $2.75 yesterday ok. Try typing in CCX.WS see if that pulls up the warrants bid/ask for you ok glty!

PS: The 52 week range on the warrants is low of .60 cents and high of $3.39 fyi

PPS: Still surprised SPAC plays haven't gotten on fire yet...but then again, folks expected the Chinese investors to swoop in and buy up tons of struggling American companies due to the covid crisis by now too...yet neither scenario has occurred yet right!

So maybe it's due to the big money summer vaca mode...or maybe it's due to the fact that the entire world's still unsure where this crazy covid crisis is taking us still right glty

I can see from the way Schwab displays the security name that they expire in 2024, but have not been able to find the exercise price.

Thanks Passs, doing a ton of side trades these days, including playing warrants. I'm still not playing options though as I simply can't do everything the markets offer. So I instead set my own personal limits so to speak, so as not to stress myself out needlessly lol glty!

They're both 2 separate and active tickers, but both owned by the same entity. Weird I know, because 1 can also choose to play the warrants and/or CCX.U or CCXX.U

So needless to say it's impossible for any of us to guess how this all plays out across the Churchill Capital Corp II & III board so to speak.

But the reason I'm personally in CCX is because they're sitting on $1B in cash ok. And it's only a matter of time b4 SPAC plays get hot as Hades in these crazy covid economic times...imho anyways k!

For a tiny example of what I mean, shortly after GNC filed for Chapter 11 a bigger entity made a tender offer to buy them out.

And for months now the Chinese have been planning on swooping in and buying up bargains these crazy covid economic times have created.

So again, I'm only playing a few SPAC plays like this because I personally believe they're going to start making moves soon k glty

I'm in, and adding a few here and there as I make gains on side trades elsewhere. SPAC plays have been colder than I expected, but I think it's mainly due to the covid economic turmoil more than anything glty

We're early because CCX is beyond taking their time with their methodical approach to their optimal acquisition targets in this crazy economic climate.

But for sure I'm expecting BIG things from this CCX CEO who turned his last company from a $300M per annum play to a $1B per annum play in his 1st 6 months on the job!

So time's totally on our side for CCX to put the $1 BILLION cash they're currently sitting on to good use soon right glty \m/
