I hope I'm wrong and low balling here, but I personally expect FNMA to trade in the $5.50 to $7.50ish range until we hear more news like confirmation of Pulte, maybe hearing positive sentiment from the CEO's, Trump talk of housing affordability and hopefully mentioning the GSE's...etc.
