If the funds truly are marked pending with available date of 29 then I see no reason for the 31st date to not be met. So I will leave it at that.

Sold 1/2 of THC in case the declines today drag the good ones with them tomorrow. Seems like any one who wanted buy THC today is in there. Gain was the usual 10% for a couple of days.

As per this article Creditors Committees usually keep the Debtors and Insiders out of the process post confirmation.In our case, unfortunately they had to bring in the Insiders as Administrators of the estates.So bad.
