Most of us are in the same boat and gonna ride the same wave as you do.

While I agree with you I no longer have any faith in what comes out of his mouth.  I'm in it for the eventual run but not holding any longer than I have to.

Bleg's pps has been hammered since it rose to 0.0062 on May 6th. Its been in a downward direction since.

I've never owned or ran a business but if their weekly revenue is $60,000 for just one product line (as they claimed).
Why would they need to sell preferred shares?

It seems that this type of business garners higher net profits. I mean $240,000 a month ($2.8 million yearly) revenue and you still need to give out preferred shares?

What kind of monthly expenses could there be?

They have to be making net profit. Makes you wonder... IMO.

He needs to disclose to shareholders what is happening.
Wonder if a shareholder meeting is needed if he wants this company to be great

But as for diluting into this last PR, I'm only assuming.  They had 44m left of the OS.  I'm expecting to see that AS raised with some excuse that it's good for us.

Yes it was!  If you look at the last two filings is right there in black and white.   Along with newly issued 168m preferred. 

Coin toss at this point. Early I had speculated it was a mix of both. But the hitting of .002 and the MASSIVE dump definitely looked like big bag holders (not so subtly) giving their giant bags to investors.

Dave gave them a pump so they got to dump. 

It's definitely plausible.

Has dilution been verified or is it note holders just selling? We don't know until dave decides to have a shareholder conference

I don't think it was the public, there wasn't enough buying to support the dilution IMO!

I have no facts that there was dilution into that news except the last few PRs in fact they did dilute into.

For some reason the public is not happy with the news.

I'm not too happy with Dave either but still holding and not buying at the moment.

Good morning Yall. 10 times would be awesome. With this 10 mil contract we should be at 15 mil per year in sales now.

I expect 10 times at least. 10m in the corporate world is janitor expenses....

But I won't take away the fact that they did retire shares previously when he first started.  That's what brought me into BLEG.  

It was a great letter but my big problem was he authorized 150k in funds to buy back shares.

Which hasn't happened yet

In fact they diluted a crap ton of shares since that letter.

You don't buyback shares while diluting.  You just don't 

Me personally, do not trust Dave as far as I can throw.  Feels like he's reading from the OTC handbook.

But I'm in low enough that should profit from every run.

I'm not trying to sway anyone, just putting out there what Dave has said, he has NOT done.  This week's PR was the big one we wanted and need to find out if the remaining 44m was diluted into it.

Fwiw, I believe in Dave although the PPS totally sucks. Below is his CEO letter from May. Worth a re- read.

Curious was the SS is now.  They only had 44m left to dilute before OS was maxed out.

Dave needs to speak up about the SS and the dysfunctional PPS

They should be making money hand over fist. It wont be long till they are making 2 million per month.

Despite what’s in your post, which is extremely positive, someone/ or a few took the opportunity to dump over 100 million shares since the news at these ridiculous low levels. Extremely frustrating/disappointing.

The current supply line is generating approximately $60,000 weekly for the company, and a 500% growth target has been set for the next six months of operations. Discussions for expanding the product line with several additional commodities are already underway.

In addition, Branded Legacy's subsidiary Royal Biotek has been engaged in negotiations with a large distributor to provide Delta 8 and Delta 9 distillate, which could lead to similar revenue figures in the near future.

Undervalued and awaiting proper valuation ahead IMO.

Oh I completely understand that also. But my biggest gripe was originally Dave didn't know about the covertible shares, then he did, then he said he'd buy back shares to help battle the conversions, then we find out he diluted AND issued 168m more in preferred shares.

I know dilution is a dirty word but it all depends where is the Money going. Bleg is a start-up (it takes money to make money) and as I see it the money is being used to the grow the company~~~ imo humbly.

It brings the PPs down because it's used to dilute into and to dump shares.
