Not taking up for Dave here in any way shape or form but just wanted to give everyone here a little bit of hope. This is definitely not the only stock dealing with otc access and sitting in yield mode. TIPS has been in the same situation for over 2 months and recently regained PC last week so I am somewhat hopeful that Dave is being honest on that front and something changes soon.

....and to think at one point everyone here praised Dave as the next coming of Jesus. I always said from day 1 to NEVER trust an OTCPK CEO.. never never never!!! I was criticized about that.

For all we know, this fallout with the brothers was all part of the plan to fleece shareholders. Jokes on us!

At this point, he could die in a house fire and I wouldn't have a bad day. High hopes for this only for him to not do anything he was talking about.

Dave has gone silent on X once again. Been almost 3 months since his last update. He claims he has nothing to update us. But how about status of OTCIQ? Heck, i'd take bad news at this point.

As far as we know, the company has closed it's doors. He claimed it was business as usual, but we have no proof.

I'm out. Gonna make money elsewhere since Dave decided to be a piece of sh*t. I hope he burns in hell for screwing over his shareholders

I’d settle for a few sentences from Dave regarding if there’s any progress with the OTC, and how goes the business. Hopefully when all is settled, we’ll be talking about a penny stock again as we once did.

Honestly, IMO, Dave is going to let this slip to EM and continue operations as a private company. It's the only way it will survive, he has proven time and time again that he doesn't give a rats ass about his shareholders. He preaches he's not updating us because he doesn't have anything to update. How about telling us you still don't have OTCIQ access and why not?????

Volume today is 20,000. A whole $15. This is just pathetic, does anyone still believe that the company will actually get current when he's had 4 months to get it done?

Ahh ok, yea, I keep checking daily for that grace period or to see actual filings.

Yield sign shows up after 15 days if there wasn't any NT filed, not after 2 late filings filings. Our Yield went up on day 16.

my mistake, I meant grace period followed by Expert market has not appeared yet because we are only one filing past due. Look at NSAV, they are in the same boat as us as far as past due filings.

We don't have a yield sign yet because the 2024 report is not due yet. Once it becomes due and we are 2 filings behind the yield sign will show up.

Dave said he's not going to repeat the same info (to appease impatient shareholders). I agree that the way he's carried out his CEO duties have been less than ideal: constant communication when conversions were happening and then hardly a peep once things went south

However I believe we're good here and will continue to add cautiously. The fact that it's beyond 3 months since the previous filings were overdue, not due but overdue, and yet the yield sign hasn't progressed makes me believe there's a good chance he's communicating with OTC markets and they're okay with the situation. If status moves to grace period or stop sign, I'll probably bail

It's the Transfer Agent that updates those numbers not the company.

Why is it that they’re able to update their share structure on OTC markets but yet they can’t submit their financials. Share structure was updated a few weeks ago.

He's not answering X posts either. He did respond a few weeks ago with some lame excuse. Then people called him out on it and he pulled the vanishing act once again.

I have sent numerous emails to Dave asking for an explanation as to what is causing the delay in getting access and getting current with OTC, all those emails have gone unanswered. So that just leaves us all to speculate. In my opinion that is not the way to run a company. Is there a control dispute? What is going on? Being open and honest with shareholders is a rare thing on the OTC.

I am also waiting for now..E/M is possible.

We are almost 6 months behind with filings, it's not me starting off the year right..

Dave posted in November that filings would be out in a week.   It's now middle of February.

I also haven’t seen a company go this long and pink limited before. It usually doesn’t take this long for the expert market to come. Something is happening with OTC.

When are you gonna sell your shares or have you already? Just curious because I’ve had your mindset before and a day or two after I sell the thing I’ve been waiting for happens.

It's been 3 months since the last filing was overdue. I've been in many pennies that have received grace period and stop sign status much faster than that. There is a chance that filings and communications are in the works with OTC markets and we're just fine here

Sad. But this is the stinky pinky play book. He used his goodwill push and all that to get the pump to sell some shares and then the predictable happens. Here we are. 

There is still time but I'm not hopeful.

I know for me and probably can assume most here will exit as soon as the Grace Period starts.

Dave has proven to us that he cannot manage a public company. His emails and X posts have gone unanswered.

Years ago, I was in a stock that went into Expert Market and there it sat for 7 years only to crawl out of it and it started to trade again. I forgot about it until I noticed it was making gains and I was green again. True story...

Recently, few months ago SAVEQ entered Expert Market for only two days trading at .01 then opened back up in the teens then hitting .90.

Anything is possible but I'm not holding my breath. Hoping this does a turnaround ASAP.

One Nov 25th Dave tweeted this "We got knocked down, but you will find that we are not taken out quite so easily. Expect our Q3 report to be posted directly" So almost 3 months ago Dave expected the Q3 report to be posted directly. So what changed from Nov 25th to today? How did "directly" turn into almost a quarter of a year delay? Can you please answer that Dave?

Dave is tap dancing around answering anything. It's a cop out that he doesn't have anything to update. How about telling us you still don't have OTCIQ access instead of saying "We will post Q3", he's been saying that same song and dance since early November.

Dave said one of his last post operations were normal and that they were trying to meet a 3 ton per month demand. I’m guessing we’re gonna be OK once financials are submitted.

I know Dave said the next update would be when Q3 report is uploaded and they regain access but this period of no news and updates is not helpful to shareholder confidence. There is no volume and I for one would be more inclined to buy shares if Dave would give us some update on how business is going.

I'd just let the guy do his thing, if he is doing something he probably ain't screwing around on his phone, reading his X......might be working on his business.

All depends on what contracts they lost. If they lost the big one then I don't think we climb much. If it is still in tact, then maybe recover back to teens.

Right now most that stood by him feel jaded or even left. So he's got a lot of work to do to recover trust.

...and right now with his lack of communication, thats even a stretch right now.

Where does the share price end up if and when this goes current? 

If Dave isn't a total piece of crap and gets this sucker current buying in the 0006 or 7 range would look like a bargain

Dave is a real POS... plain and simple, no candy coating. We don't need dates, we just want to know if anything is being done.....WTF is wrong with this guy?

This is Dave's tweet from January 29th "The problem here isn't that I don't update shareholders.
The problem is that you want to hear a specific piece of info and you haven't heard it yet. There's a difference." For me that's not true. I want to know why it's taking so long to regain compliance and what progress is being made. What steps have yet to be done. That is what I want to know and he hasn't let shareholders know the answers to those questions.

Maybe DOGE is looking into otc markets?
OTC seems awfully slow for the past 6 months....

Dave has been talking about regaining access to OTC for months now, can he tell us what the issue is and why it's taking so long. Again he tweeted on December 13th that it was looking like the next week he would regain access. How could he be off by almost 2 months?
