IMO. They will post the year end and the quarterly at the same time. The financials will show what’s goin on. Everything at this point is speculation.

Company fell apart, lost contracts etc.  Partners were kicked out and they haven't had OTCIQ access to file because of it.  It's all posted in his X account.

Of course as usual, he points blame to everyone else and doesn't take an responsibility for himself.

Most likely he will post something only when there’s something to post. Mid January he did post on X that operations were normal.

Judging by his past history, his Shareholders are his LEAST priority.

Dave has a lot of earning back any trust by his shareholders and doesn't look like it bothers him much.

We now know that the update to the OTC has not materialized, and the yield sign is showing and has been up since the beginning of the year.

Due to this default the company may have to reregister under OTCQB certification - Company is reporting under the Alternative Reporting Company Disclosure Guideline.

This is just a formal certification guideline and if particulars from the last filing of certification-2022 haven't changed it may be overlooked. This is just a simple task but has to be finalized by FINRA.

Ok, on with the next step.

Before anything else that the company may be contemplating i.e. Raising A/S and other pertinent share structure moves, the company has to file the current and any back financials to come current. Without this step we will stay in limbo or as is now.

Again, the company will never be allowed to raise the A/S without compliance and currently the company is not compliant in anyway.

OTC is real slow 
Must have hired a bunch of DEI types, hopefully it's getting cleaned up.

On December 13th he tweeted he thought this issue would be resolved the following week. That was 45 days ago, no excuse for this kind of delay.

Would it be too much too ask for the CEO to let shareholders know what is the issue with regaining access to OTC markets to upload reports? All we know is that he never imagined it would take this long. That doesn't tell us anything.

I'm surprised we've been at Yield for so long, normally with the new rules we would have already been at EM by now. It's possible that OTC is keeping it at Yield knowing that Dave is trying to gain access.

Although Dave posted on X a while back that it should be done now, should be updated "Next Week" (although that was around 3 weeks ago that he posted it)

I read on X the CEO mentioned about the sale of Marij could prevent the raising of the AS, with the pps being the lowest in recent time , a share buy back would be a sound idea. I'm not holding my breath.

Always appreciate your posting . I see we have 7’s that are trading. Looking forward to dropping that first zero and eventually heading to dropping another zero along the way. For what it’s worth, I believe Dave is working hard to make his company a success, despite all the challenges & disappointments in 2024.

Well, let's look at the last 2 weeks.

I posted last week that the CEOs X's are meaningless, however, we must look at these messages as obscure as they seem, and the mistrust the CEO has established himself towards we shareholders they do intend too indirectly sends a signal.

I know he wants and needs to absolutely correct the last year (2024) of his mismanagement and set a course direction at least on the surface in trying to move forward in a more open and positive direction for the company.

The CEO knows without a doubt he is sitting on a very promising public trading company that can navigate into a very lucrative company once the filing becomes official. He can't do anything with the company until these updated filings become complete. It is within these parameters that I am looking for, not what is 6 months from now. The initial announcements coming is going to send this current share .0006 into a .001+.

I'm looking at this issue as a brand new pinksheet company as a tradable stock and not an investment grade by any stretch. All penny issues have their run, and this issue is on the verge to run like any first startup.

The dilution is over and the bottom like all pennystocks is what we have here and now we must acknowledge from the past that this issue as a new entity and what the future holds is not a factor but simply look at it as a way to make decent profit regardless of what the intent may be on the new business model.

Mr. Oswald isn't going to wait very long to make a move and whatever move he makes will indeed be in our favor. He knows this and so do I.

Watch the tape and take notice. It is safe to say that a buying opportunity at .0005 and .0006 is a good bet and take it through the next run.

Happy New Year everyone and welcome to a new era.

I continue to hold, and I am now looking at this issue as a blank shell. I realize that the CEO on x outed some stuff but doesn't matter what he says via X at this point and is just meaningless.

What I do know is the CEO has a very valuable public trading blank shell that is priced at 1/2million $. This is the cost of a public trading company with an attractive share structure, not sure on the debt, but never-the-less, anything he brings onboard will allow another nice run when he officially announces what the business model will be.

Whether he sells this company as is, is still a bargain for a private company that wants to go public. I'm not looking at the past on how he handled the previous business model, it doesn't matter. However, his action does need to be taken account in the long-term, but in the very near term, concentrate on the next run when he finally announces what his intentions with respect to a new business model will detail.

I do expect something other than an X statement in the very near future and if I may be over Zellous in my thinking, is really not overstating the run that will happen and whatever he decides, it will move the share price above .001, which will give a MC of 1m$. Very achievable.

Buying at .0005 and this appears to be the bottom.

I did question that myself. But I do know that they don't have the paperwork as Dave said. They still do not have OTCIQ access. But maybe they are holding it at Yield knowing Dave ran into legal issues. Just my 2 cents.

Dave has A LOT of explaining to do to his shareholders, and not thru a stupid tweet. He needs to draft a letter to shareholders at this point.

One thing of interest is the Yield sign still in place on OTC markets, which will be 2 full months of yield sign this weekend. I wonder if it hasn't changed to a Stop sign already because OTC has the paperwork, and they're just still in process of dealing with it. Would be great to see those filings posted
