I have been reverse split out of most of my equity in the o t c on probably half a dozen occasions.

I feel for the people who lost all of their money to this con.

While it probably won't do any good, you should file a complaint with the SEC if you lost money to this con. The more people that file, the more likely it is that it will investigate and file federal charges against these criminals.

Ok thanks. Yeah this has been a train wreck. Whoever is holding the series E preferred shares are in control of this. The original peeps back in the day own these shares. On the surface it looks like they left with the front people in place like customer service representatives. They must be very arrogant people who think we are stupid. The truth never changes. There is a 20 day hold on your shares until they are converted and assigned a new CUSIP number.

Yes. It can take a few days for your shares to register and be available to trade. Of course, Robinson can start dumping immediately, and he absolutely will. This turd will be back in the .00 range by the end of June.

Anytime they show an inclination in OTC, it happens eventually. Especially the ones where insiders try and act like they’re gone. Changing frontmen doesn’t work anymore.

And that day gets decided when the paperwork goes through, which they obviously attempted to do again and want to happen. So, like I said, if they refile properly as they clearly want to, and it processes, THEN it will populate on the daily list. That can happen in the span of a week or two. Your notion that you can look into the future TODAY and not CURRENTLY see a set date, and that serves as proof that a reverse split isn't coming with relative immediacy, is 100% incorrect.
