IMO.. Peter Schiff wouldn't touch an unaudited pink sheet with a yield sign on the OTC markets site. The sad part here is what the past year might have looked like if they actually had delivered on any of their well-documented promises since 2023.

When a volcano erupts which in effect delays completion and release of a 3 year audit, automatically making it revised to a 2 year audit, the volcano hosts a sediment party where all the whose who of the international peak and valley societies gather to collectively tumble and get their rocks off.

LOLOL.....they'd spot this company as a fraud within seconds. There is no drill data, no professional reports, no maps, no assay data, nothing. They don't even seem to understand their own geology (variously described as volcanic-hosted sediments, reef, and other terms, depending on which PR or financial you are reading).

Still trying to figure out what "volcanic-hosted sediments" are, and how gold mineralization fits into that description.

As for the production figures, they are (IMO) complete fabrications as well.

Seems Brookmount never owned the Indonesian mines, hence the recent buyout ("merger") where previous owners now get 25% of all net profit. And hence the previous gold production numbers were never Brookmount's.

Generic? Why would an accounting company respond to ANY question about one of their clients? No matter how generic. If I hired a firm to conduct an audit of my company and they told a random caller ANYTHING about my audit, even just confirming one was being done, I'd fire them, maybe even sue them.

There's no audit. Never was one. Never will be.

It was generic information and confirming an audit was in the process, nothing foul.....For the anger issues on this board it seems that some people lost money with this company. People should know investing takes risk and with these companies there's more high risk involved. We are frustrated with management !! Some people are willing to see the future and some people just want to complain.

Regarding the "anger" you perceive coming from critics....you are flat out incorrect. You misinterpret ardent criticism of fraud as being "anger". You're being a bit defensive since it is your investment under attack. And rightfully under attack....fraud should always be called out, shouldn't it?

I talked to someone who was working under one of the main accountants. (By phone) What he said was they are in the process. I'm not saying it will be acceptable. BMXI had to restate some numbers for the audit a couple of months ago. This was to satisfy a section in the audit. ..... I'm giving information that a received. I do not have an agenda !! This is information I received, understand. I am a shareholder and I'm here to invest in a company that is profitable. Hopefully we all do well.  What happens we will see in the future. Most of us know these small companies are a risky investment, but the risk reward is more profitable. If it happens, we call this investing..... For the anger management group you have hatred. I understand, go to your therapists and they will explain to you.

Chadwick hired is all you confirmed, meaning an audit was initiated. Clearly, never completed.

This is a problem with CEOs in small companies and audits. I have dealt with this before with several other companies where they try to give a deadline on an audit and the problem is they should not because they are not in control...... with BMXI I agree it's taking way too long for the audit to be approved. Changing accountants and the extended time. Yes, red flags are up, let's see what happens.

BMXI doesn't set the deadline for the audit. It is completed when completed and if approved.
