Plant Based Investment Corporation (CE) (CWWBF) Share Price

Trading at 3.7x book value???

Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here. As of today, 25,000,000 shares outstanding and the price is .36, for a market cap of $9m. According to their last report, as of July 31, 2021 they had shareholder's equity of $34m. Even accounting for further investment losses, that's crazy. Am I doing my math right or am I an idiot?

So $42mil in assets, no debt, $12mil in revenue, profitable, cash flow positive, and its trading at .45?

So Another poster found that
Global Cannabis Corp that LGBS is merging with is the corporate name for Global Cannabis Innovators Corp.
I found that Sean Conacher is the CEO & Co-founder of
Global Cannabis Innovators Corp, on another site I found he may have been the CEO or had connections to Cannabis Growth Opportunity Corp CGOC listed on the Canada markets, CGOC is connected to via the fact that they have have invested 3 million dollars in to Global Cannabis Innovators Corp
