Yeah a lot of crap stocks I came across over the past near 20 years playing around , but you know what some of those were big multi baggers to the upside too and paid off well at some points in their lifespan too! Sure now years later who cares they were prime movers in their time!

Well this has been up in the air since this lawsuit started and to have this lender pull this after they extended the date to June 2025 yes I am at a loss for words on what they did and why? The lawsuit is the main event and was/is showing a nice progress too, not much to do but see what comes next. We all know the high risk here and high reward possibilities.

No new info to post about so we shall see if anything comes out next.

Been down since a long time here as we all know too, so not much else I can do my only option is to wait and see. I need a reason to add now but not even worth selling for myself being down as the lawsuit is still on the table until we find out otherwise too.

We take these chances and we shall see in this wild market.

ANY semi experienced trader knows that if there was even 1 iota of chance that a company would do well from a lawsuit, the stock pps wouldn't be going BACKWARDS. yea from .38 to .06. And the red flags are right in everyone's faces....
Ebet owes MORE than $37,000,000.00 to lenders. They owe most likely millions of dollars to the lawyers. Coinop was originally pumping that even if they get 40mil from a settlement, the math would be 40mil divided by 15mil os or a pps of around 2..60. Well guess what! Its not going to work out now, cause the 37mil and imo like 5mil to 10mil for lawyers have to go to them FIRST. that puts the stock at 0 in that case. Another problem AGAIN is that insiders don't own shares(and there was a REASON for that). Imo, if theres any overage from the settlement, they will pocket the cash and will not be applied to company sustainability imo. Imo its been their plan all along....PAY OFF DEBT and get paid if possible

Question when is docket 65 coming out .also I saw now August14 a date in September and October it looks like everything got pushed back 3 months because they added neo games into the suit .Do u have any info

im holding a vote as to when either the next horrible news release is or they cease trading on the stock....
My vote is July3 seeing that july 4 is the holiday and EBET LOVES to put out bad news right before one.

@CoinOp. You are right that this stock will provide the occasional rise and fall to make some quick profits.....but that's all it's going to do for a while, IMO. Revenues in sharp decline in decline, still operating at large loss = no cash, massive debt obligations and limited borrowing capability...they are forced to significantly dilute current shareholders as their line of credit limitation looms.
I'm still watching this one....but not pulling trigger until sub $0.05 for a day or two....then I'll hope for a nice run...and then GET OUT quick!.....lol.
We'll see if my crystal ball has a crack in it or not.

IMO if they get anything, it will be in the 30 to 50mil area. this barely pays for the debt and lawyers. IMO if there is even 10 mil overage the execs will pocket it and the company will still be closed.

If the lawsuit is 150 million or more, we are golden.

ebet owes more than 37 millions to the lenders and probably a few million to the lawyers. what do you think will be left? this may even stop trading way before that. who knows

I feel they are shaking out the week and a deal is in place .if not we will lose and move on and learn a good lesson .at this point we need to stay positive not listen to all the noise and hope we get the news we are waiting for

way to keep the glass half full! my concern is that if somehow Arista is involved with the lender - great way to get rid of lawsuit and that is why there hasn't been that much volume after every positive court decision. still don't understand why EBET would agree to the june 17th date moving forward. blows my mind what is going on!
