On UVSS - Universal Systems, Inc. I have completed officer elections naming Andrew Lane as sole officer and director. Critical Solutions, Inc. has been engaged to provide services to bring the company current as well take an equity stake in the business. As previously announced the officer elections for Mr. Lane were rescinded on HAZH as the previous officers disputed the custodianship and indicated that they would be going current and intent to bring value for shareholders. I directed the attorney to withdraw the receivership with the courts.

The original owners told the judge they intended to get current and “provide shareholder value” for whatever that’s worth.

What a mess this stock has become. Will it ever get above 0.020 again? Is it worth holding on to until September or should I just dump my 30,000 shares for 0.0107? All advice welcomed. Thanks in advance... ~ David

Why would Andrew Lane, that is a wealthy shaker and mover in his industry want to park his next adventure into some holding company that is set up to help flavor of the month type pot Companies? AL is still named the CEO. He runs the joint.

On HAZH - Haz Holdings, Inc. listed management disputed the receivership as of late last week. Today represented by their corporate counsel (Ms. Bhanji) they stated their intent to bring the company current with the SOS, tax filings, comply with SEC regulations and to bring value back to shareholders. They have stated they are aware of the SEC September deadline and have been working towards complying with it. As such I have decided to rescind all actions made as court appointed receiver including officer elections and have instructed my attorney to close the receivership. While unfortunate they did not respond earlier in the demand process it does not make sense to battle in the courts for an unknown timeframe and I wish them best of luck. I offered myself as a resource for anything they may need in the future. I am working with the new officer to hunt down the current shareholder information as Computershare is saying that they do not have the records from Registrar & Transfer Company (the old transfer agent). I received NOBO reports back today on AESO and HAZH which will be forwarded on to OTC Markets.
