I did get a response to my email to Alan - it directed me to the new website, but he didn't sign the response. So nothing specific was added. From the email to me: "Here, you’ll find an update on our mission and goals as we continue to execute our strategic plans."

I'm encouraged to see "something" is happening. But I didn't see anything on the website about getting listed, or that we were once a publicly traded company. I hope that shareholders are still part of the plan.

Hey loc, I’m sure everyone went to website and requested a phone call back and got nothing.

Good Sport I believe patent 11105808 B2 has expired and the abstract referencing that patent and the remaining RFE-SVM patent that expires this June/July are entirely different. Now from checking/tracking Isabelle Guyon activities I doubt but maybe she might try and extend our RFE-SVM patent that is slatted to expire. She is involved and has been in many areas close to her heart in giving back to the world.....well maybe this might shed some light https://guyon.chalearn.org/

ABSOLUTLEY yes must use SVM-RFE 7,117,188 Now this was an older patent but still I'm sure as we have seen before that it was most likely continued. However I'm not sure yet but recall Intel Corporation trying to destroy this patent too.

Is it possible that patent 11,105,808 B2 WILL NEED to be updated to better #1 suit the time frame differences; Then of course fit better with our newest RFE-SVM patent that might also be continued as that stands to expire this year too? Could she be working on that aspect or is this just the hope and poke I'm doing?

Does this patent (11,105,808 B2) utilize our other svm-rfe patent Loc? If so then submitting a new tweaked svm-rfe patent (like was discussed here way back) would also allow for sort of a moat around the expired 808 patent and still use. Follow me?

The patent of interest 11,105,808 B2 was continued from an application and possibly (as I see it) patent 9,952,221B2.

Within the above the U.S. Patent No. 9,952,221 "Methods for Screening, Predicting and Monitoring Prostate Cancer" should expire on 01/24/2022. Also the U.S. Patent Publication No. 2018/0321245 Methods for Screening, Predicting and Monitoring Prostate Cancer should expire on 01/24/2022.

It appears to me that patent 11,105,808 B2 might be a continuation but has it expired? It was extended 394 days but was that from 8/31/21 or what?

I see a clear difference in the two patents claim wise and writing clarity/skills. Could Guyon modify the newest patents or perhaps it is being developed as we wait or is the Locwolf howling & scratching at the cage walls.

Hey Chazzy Superbowl Sunday 🏈 but as for HDC yes some life behind the website but not enough to actually state who it was that replied to our friend Ou71764 however as I said life behind the website and nothing more. I actually feel that Alan isn't as deeply into his position involving HDC but that is just what I sense.

I just don't see what some do as to any real future for this company but as I said many times I'm here until they file bankruptcy or Alan is able to move the share price up high enough to buy a get out of jail card as the free get out of jail cards that come with the Monopoly game just isn't working.

I haven't closely followed Football in years but do watch the Superbowl every year. I'll just make chip dip and slam a couple of cokes during the game, oh! generally cool commercials right? 👍️

I have just seen Health Discovery Corporation's new website. It is impressive, bold and professional, and I believe it bodes well for a bold new future for HDC. Dr Hauser is the new "face" of HDC and he has apparently staked his reputation on HDC's success. After all, he does have a proven track record.
I am very encouraged by this development, and my optimism has been rekindled.

No doubt we need Alan -CEO to be successful in latching on to some interested corporation to help push HDC into the lime light - in a positive way but I see everything against us. There seems to be something WRONG or should I say what do we stand to lose at this point

No doubt if there was something as a curse HDC (from our history) would be first in line one way or another.

I would imagine that you are also surprised that HDC has been able to hold on as long as we have and have dealt with all the players and assortment of issues from every direction. Yes, this is as tiresome as it gets for me as I have been through 10 lives the felines have nine lives...of course all my ex-wives....well lets not talk about them...hate to pi$$ them off!. I Probably would have been better off with mans best friend (Dog)...no not any of my ex wives as the damn dog would die once and get all this HDC behind us or the dog "finally" buried in the ground.

Hope and poke...at this point all this sucks but still won't leave this mess until the building burns down as I can't see inside although it sure seems as empty as it can get.

I'm suggesting that HDC place a 'forwarding' direct from the old WIX hosting (healthdiscoverycorp.com) domain to the new domain (healthdiscoverycorporation.com). It's very simple to do if they have the old Wix hosting password. That way both urls will point to this new HDC web page. Maybe it's already been done and it just takes a day or so for the name severs to update.

Good Sport....if we hear something positive from of CEO I will then dig into the patent and see what was actually added from all the past patents leading up to this continuing patent. Now at a quick glance it looks like it covers a vast amount of different types of samplings to be used to state the least but not back tracking prior patents leading up to this and not seeing what the USPTO had previously "line refused" I would not be able to even comment. Now straight up ZENOS ARROW Is the one person that has the education and experience to comment on this patent. I fall short in a huge way.

We all want things to pan out for us or at least breakeven as I would like however? I would like to know has anyone here checked on all our inventors and where they are working presently or what they are working on, perhaps what companies are what country they are actually working from. I just see all of our past inventors establishing their goals or energy elsewhere which leads me to just think that the main problem is as it always has seem to be HDC regardless so that is why I had once talked about HDC being cursed.

Thank you Good Sport. I was not aware of HDC's amazing series "continuation patents," having been derived from earlier patents assigned to HDC. This brings a whole new perspective to things.
I was under the impression that the clock was about to run out on HDC, however, given this new information, Dr. Alan Faust may just have the elbow room he needs to ink a deal for HDC, combining SVM-RFE with AI in medical diagnostics (in the words of Mr. William F. Fromholzer). I find this most encouraging.

Any guess as to when that 11,105,808 B patent will expire? I didn't quite understand the prior patents that made up this and then the * mark stating it was subject to early "terminal" termination whatever that means. It also has a little over a year of additional extention to it from uspto.
Also, do you think NeoGenomics is still in our mix again as possible partners for this? I see their stock price is trading at a little under $15 currently.

This offers us a little more hope here.

So (if not a legal suit) then it seems they are taking the prostate path. Fromholzer tipped this off as the direction in the 8k Aug 2023 sec filing on his departure from the company.
Will possibly combine a royalty partnership strategy from both the two remaining HDC patents...That seems like the logical answer imo.

William F. Fromholzer, at the age of 77, will retire from the board of directors of Health Discovery Corporation (the “Company”) by October 1, 2023. Mr. Fromholzer issued the following statement: “My tenure as a director was one of the great experiences of my career and I look forward to watching the Company continue to move forward with SVM-RFE in the world of AI and in the development of identifying early stage diagnostics for common health issues.”

Another lawsuit, lol, where is the money going to come from the tooth fairy, the last capital raise for the refiling last time didn’t work out for those investors. The really got screwed, pathetic 2 million dollar settlement, please explain Colleen. Thx.

You paid the ticket to see the entire movie so have I. Nothing wrong with honest hope but looking at everything leaves very little on the positive side. As for another law suit maybe something has been filed but doubt that at this time. I also believe HDC would be more incline to gamble on all or nothing meaning if there was another corporation stealing IP we would have filed an 8-K or provide a "Cease and Desist letter to them?

It seems the movie might still be rolling but no doubt the coke and popcorn machines seem to be broken.

Regarding another IP Infringement legal suit, we are still (possibly) within the time limitations (six years going back I think) to pursue and file a suit for past Infringement. Maybe Intel provided HDC evidence of a much larger corporation/organization using our patent illegally etc. and offered it up as part of that $2.25 million deal - However this may be grasping...IMO - No reason to be silent to the public by CEO unless works by lawyers are preventing it from happening and some deal is being made. Who knows???

One other point...if you were a medium or large corporation would you lease/buy a patent that is expiring in 6 months. Do I need to say any more? As for those that might be thinking about any type of lawsuit that too would most likely splatter when it hits the wall but no doubt we need some type of final closure.

Pennypop....no doubt many of us feel like Job did thousands of years ago but aside from that I don't believe GOD is in the gambling business like many of us that are playing these penny stocks....not much truth in most of these pennies.
