I think the company stopped further filings after SEC extended the new rules compliance deadline to 3 rd Jan 2022. SEC always sucks, anti-investors.

Looks to me its removed on 9/23 on pink limited I got from the old stop sign
Guess this is part of what post 9/28 is going to look like.

15m @ .012 is a killer ss and price. Even if it’s not an empty shell.
I only question management, why wait till the final hours to clean this up?
Sort of an insult to common share holders.

I was blowing off CE tickers on the daily Tier Change list till I saw “No info” to “Limited info”

Yup now we need some filings on otcmarkets. I dont think any brokers in the US are allowing CE to be bought right now. Some brokers out of the US allow it but that doesnt help us much.

Thats ok there are alot of custodians out there saving shells. Its not fair what the SEC is doing but it is what it is.

We may be headed to a Stock-Bay to

There have been plenty of huge success stories with stocks like this one. Win some lose some. I dont mind taking the risk on these plus I dont recall asking for your feedback but thanks anyway.

These garbage tickers like HUMT have until September 28, 2021 to issue their financials. They will be suspended by the SEC and or delisted by FINRA for non dislosure. By the way there are about 7,000 other OTC tickers just like this one on the SEC RED FLAG list that will get hit with the suspension hammer.

Yup I dont mind waiting ya never know whats gonna happen in pinkyland.

On the NV SOS they are. They file an annual list every year. I just wish they would get caught up with otc filings and put out a shareholder letter every now and then. They are way too quiet.
