CFGN showed up and someone panicked. .55 filled very nicely and we still closed, up 250%. Best part is CFGN didn't drop his ask of 1,000 shares below .80 despite several attempts to walk him down...

He got filled those 1,000 shares at .57... but first showed up at above $1 with just 100 shares which he probably got filled by keeping his bids below L2 disclosure pps

TA updated the s/s last night, unchanged. Float 629k as reported on June 30, 2020 and held at DTC 249k with just 1.144m shares unrestricted and only 4.622m shares restricted.

More important, last financials show only $44k in debt and NONE of it is convertible or toxic.

S/H equity is positive and they have positive cash of $59k at the end of the quarter.

And this is before any numbers are being reported for the non dilutive acquisition announced last Friday
