Likely only “unsolicited” unless OTCM is sponsoring a 211.

Since the PEPT ticker was inactive due to the SEC Suspension IMO FINRA was merely following their standard practice of deleting an inactive security, without consideration for PEPT reregistering with the SEC.

Yeah I saw all the filings. So even after the Form 10 went effective and they started making filings, FINRA deleted the ticker?

So for about 5 years there has been no ticker but they made all their filings in that same time period.

On Nov. 23,2021 Peptide Technologies Inc. filed a Pre 14C to change the company's name to Regenerex Pharma Inc.

From Sept. 5,2017 the company filed all Financial reports to EDGAR.

From conjecture the company must have asked FINRA to reinstate the stock under the name Regenerex Pharma Inc., ticker RGPX. We don't know if a Market Maker submitted a FORM 211 to FINRA to represent the stock. We'll know the answer if/when we see the stock trade on the OTC.

I was too busy with work stuff to check it out, but I will do so tomorrow to see how the company was reinstated as a new company and ticker.

5+ years is a long time from SEC Suspension in 2016, then FINRA deleting the symbol in 2018, to reinstatement today.

This was a deleted symbol back in 2018.
