A lot of people lost money.

Company directors are tied up in litigation over at $SNST. Trying get the bankruptcy changed from Chap 11 to Chapter 7 which allows them to keep the assets.

Some of the ZapVir products utilize the Hy-IQ water patent currently under the Aphex Biocleanse (SNST) umbrella.

Hope this helps. I don’t know when they plan to address the expert market.

They won’t, these guys have been trying to get a clean shell for Zapvir Sinofresh products for nearly 20yrs since the other Sinofresh Healthcare failed.

Hopefully they sell this ticker to someone else , doesn't seem like they want it anymore and the structure is awesome

On December 20, 2022, the Company filed a Letter of Intent to enter into a Share Exchange Agreement with ZapVir Inc, a Wyoming Corporation which is anticipated to be concluded in the 2nd Quarter of 2023, and the Company Management has identified its planned national marketing team as well as manufacturing.

I know Aphex ousted Weaver a long time ago too, but he still had a ton of shares in the 2nd Quarter filing.

Yeah, I had been thinking about this a long time, but I thought Weaver was the patent holder for the HY-IQ Water and the officer that he is blaming for the bankruptcy is Scott Smith because he misrepresented having patents for the Oil Catire system Weaver is gone too though, so my be taking it over

I've got a theory.

SGTB is run by David Olund, who is also president of SNST. The Hy-IQ water compound used to make SGTB's alcohol-free sanitization products belong to SNST.

SNST entered into a debtor-in-possession bankruptcy and is blaming litigation from an SNST officer for the cause of the bankruptcy. That officer happens to be the guy who spearheaded the process of creating the Hy-IQ water compound.

My theory is this: through the DIP bankruptcy, Olund will have SNST sell the rights to make Hy-IQ water to SGTB. Effectively, Olund would be consolidating control over that IP and locking the other officer out of the business. SGTB would then be able to rebrand ("Feel Better") and move forward without the PR baggage attached to SNST.

Thanks for the info. Your probably right about that. Just want the company a little bit more active with shareholders about plans, saying something once a month at least would be nice transparency. Zero volume days is because of that imo, we need some juice lol.

I think they are focused on fixing all the company names with Finra. This shell had 3 names all over the place before they got it.

In Texas it was Kuboo, Inc. but has since been changed to FeelBetterLabs, Inc at TX SOS.

With OTC it was listed still as Suggestion Box (SGTB) current ticker.

And on some of the other regulatory stuff the company was still listed as SafeCommunications, Inc.

So they are probably working through that junk to be able to remove the shell designation and complete the FINRA name change to FeelBetterLabs.

I’m wondering what the ticker symbol is gonna be in the end.

Crazy, couple days this week of zero volume, company has been absolutely silent for over a month. No updates? They need to speak to shareholders and give us short term and long term plans. I have 350k shares right now and would be adding more if the company was more active with us.
