That is the old scam from 2014/15 - shell was taken over since then by new scammers - now it's the 2016/17 scam. Sec still has work to to apparently.

Before the website update and CEO change. I sent emails to the website contact, Hargreaves, and know associates at the cloud company he was director at. A week later the CEO changed and I never received a reply from any of them.

I looked at it right after name/ticker change but can not recall if this was there or not.
I had also looked up Jaimie Melendres in Philippines and found a few of them that might fit the bill for new CEO.

So it was a legit company though based on the financials posted under the 2nd link up from this sentence, it was not making any money. So here it is now on the otc. I think this is the beginning of an old fashioned super pump, though it could be a good while before they are ready to pump it up. Have to line up the b/s puff pieces and also bring it down so friends and family can load it up. Watch for a flush on large volume as the sign to enter/add bigly. All in my humble opinion

Once it gets to sub penny you might see a group loading it to give it a run. Based on forward split in 2015 it looks like they were setting the table for an old fashioned pump. Throw in the merger and pump is almost assured, but the timing is in question. Could be a long while, you are correct.

Edit: As I wrote this more bid whacks, they are trying to draw in buyers for liquidity

I never,never,never bash a stock hell I dont even make more than 3 post a week but I think we will be waiting a long time for this to move. IMO

Not always but a general practice is when a company mergers into an existing shell they will preform an RS but not always I would rather not have them do that

As far as I know OS is 46 million, at least that is what otc markets says. No r/s, company has been quiet other than filing replacing CEO and such
