Texas Gulf Energy Inc (CE) (TXGE) Share Price

Has anyone heard any news-I know i haven't.

Walletinvestor and gov.capital sites has this stock going between $2.25 and $4.45 a share-in their forecast.

Holding on to my shares ,buying more a little at a time.

Two different stock sites has this stock going over $ 1.00 .

Time to buy more shares.

Creeping up again from yesterdays 400k volume

Also seen somewhere that this stock is supposed to go up in price in the next 3 to 4 months.

Been watching this stock-so i decided to buy some shares-slowly going to keep buying shares.

Going throw in some speculation.

In another stock (NFEI) moved TA's from Corporate stock transfer to EQ Share Owner Services. That ticker has been acquired by Ben Berry of Synergy Management

TXGE moved TA's this past July 2020 from Standard Register to EQ Share Owner Services.

TXGE dissolved as a Corp. back in 2016. It would take some time/work to get the company revived in Nevada. The cost to do this is rather cheap and maybe around 1k

The 100k in average daily volume has been consistent since summer 2020

I think the "ball" has been rolling since the change in TA's. Best guess is one of shell buyers has acquired TXGE. Tickers do not change Transfer agents for nothing.

Its possible the old TXGE management has revived the company again. More likely one of the "shell buyers" has snapped up TXGE.
I am thinking Synergy Managment, though nothing is confirmed yet.

Any one from Lazar to Arcaro could have TXGE. Have not been able to confirm/find news on this

9/25/20 - Your post indicated possibly .04 in 2 years. Did not take that long to reach .04...even went up to .075. Definitely not dead yet! Your thoughts now?

IMHO I think this will do "something" Cant see a company switching TAs for fun

This did rocket in Jan 2019 to .10 then back to .02

Putting in 500-700 or so is worth the low risk IMHO. 10 million float

Disconnect the old company to pave way for a new company

Company is a shell at this point

Consistent 200k or so volume past 5 weeks. This type of activity happened in Jan 2019 too and then no activity.

Based on the hiccup volumes in Jan 2019 and Oct 2019 price jumps, it seems common for RMs to have "red tape" delays. May need to file forms for this or that.

Volume indicates something going on behind the scenes. A slow and solid ascent so far

Expecting a 200-300k volume day for June 1, 2020

Possible "revival" from dissolution?

The company officers are listed as active from the NVSOS, even though the company is dissolved.

Seems straight forward to revive the company from dissolution in Nevada by paying some fees.

Maybe the old officers will get this shell going again or sell it?

A "certificate of revival" can be filed in Nevada. Essentially its as if the dissolution never happened

Buys are at near the ask almost always and sells near .005. Stock is trending upward instead of down from all the "sells"

Weird trades this past month

Pattern is a bunch of daily 100-to-250k sells followed by buying after the sells in nearly the same amount (100-250k daily buys)

Yet the O/S float never changes and is updated daily

Whatever is going on has had an trend going upward. I don't think it is MJ as that would have more attention right now. Wall might make sense but no one knows.

Based on the industries the company is involved in like construction and petroleum...……...wild speculation could range from border wall contruction or maybe they moved into MJ
