Verified Profile, Transfer Agent Verified, Independent Directors, no dilution, tiny float, filing in time, even some revenues but management re evaluates business concept - thus, no news, any updates and this sails to multiple penny pps, otherwise it won't sink...no brainer to me

no more tweets (used to be all the time), no more news (used to be regular)...IMO they dont completely bury the concept at this time, but if offering doesn't work (why would it) a reverse split is the only way for revival - I bet thats the managements plan. What surprises me is that they make no efforsts (via updates, tweets, etc) to stop the pps decline since this is obviously on the way to 0002 or even 0004 (as all tickers in this situation during the current OTC climate

The Seminole Tribe of Florida scored another victory in its legal fight over offering sports betting in the Sunshine State. On Monday, a federal appeals court denied a request from pari-mutuel owners for a rehearing after a ruling that upheld a multibillion-dollar deal giving the tribe control over sports wagering throughout the state, which could clear the path for Hard Rock Bet to launch in Florida soon.

As per the appellate court rules, this decision becomes effective eight days after being handed down, making September 19 the earliest launch date for Hard Rock Bet's sports betting platform.

The tribe has been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to relaunch in its home state since it went live briefly in 2021. Hard Rock's sports betting platform was live for just over a month before being forced to shut it down due to a court order. (.....)

Dead. Management gave up unless they try to revive after the supposed RS. I am placing some 0001 and 0002bids, but take my small loss and will bail out

management miscalculated pps and the earlier announced small RS while trying to establish a business model...now they have no option other than to even do a larger RS as evident by the supposed 1/1000...sucks for current shareholders, even though on the long run, business (thus trading) might be unfolding nicely

By referring to a cancellation in march folks might just want to run it up for the day. We'll find out shortly since trading ends at 1pm.

in march that RS was cancelled BUT it was fairly well established by a poster here that a NV filing in June took place to conduct a RS 1000:1 and reduce the AS to 1B from now 4B (these numbers of AS say it all when the outstanding right now is just 185M)

WNRS RS 1-1000 Yup~

The filing number you need to look up is 20233264268. It was filed on 6/13/2023 12:12:00 PM. It's three pages and it costs $6. It was signed off on by Wayne Allyn Root CEO. It clearly says reverse split - for every 1,000 you own you will now have one common share. The AS is being reduced to 1 billion.

It's very simple to look up and verify.

The RS that was planned got Cancelled, and that was in the filings and in the PR. I've been in OTC for a while and theres been a lot of fake news so people accumulated shares. So I apologies to you if you think I'm being skeptical. If there really was an RS why was there like 8-10 mil shares instantly bought up when it dropped?

Keep looking. It was filed with the NV SOS earlier and it clearly says 1000:1 reverse split and the AS will be reduced to 1 billion.

There was a reverse split planned last year that was cancelled but the latest one is not a rumor or someone spreading false info.

The filing can be purchased for $6.

No RS, seems like a false rumour to accumulate cheap shares, its funny that when someone said RS there was 8 mil on the bid to take shares at 0.0012 and a few more mil was accumulated at these ranges too. I checked all NV and checked OTC filings and couldn't find anything except the 1:20 that got cancelled, makes no sense to RS here and if no RS this can easily go back to a 0.01 on volume. Its getting a bit of hype now on social media so I think it moves here, could be wrong but it can't hurt to hold a mil share or two in case it does run 10X off no RS.

A bit of volume and this can move pretty far.

I cannot understand the reason for the R/S, WNRS is a company that is not diluting in any way, it only has 120 million FLOAT, it capitalizes only €200,000

Do you want to go public on the NASDAQ or a higher market?

WNRS is in a very good position within the sports betting sector, the directors and CEOs are great businessmen, I don't think they want to commit a scam to screw over the few remaining shareholders

You can request a document copy for that filing and they will charge $2 per page. Three pages total and it has the reduction to 1 billion on the AS and the 1,000:1 reverse split common shares listed.

Very strange. 20:1 is now 1,000:1 and that wipes everyone out. Not cool.

Just recently cancelled a 20:1 RS....weird management

$WNRS just filed a 1 for 1000 reverse split with NV SOS and bringing the AS down to 1 billion. I'm all out. GLTA

$WNRS is way under the radar and will be bought out IMO. Lowering/buying back all those shares by the CEO and retiring them was a huge move in favor of investors. GLTA

I hope something big is brewing in WNRS, it's one of my best bets ;)
