ParOS was notified yesterday that, following a sale on 9 November 2007 of
9,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 1.90
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, Imperial Innovations
Group plc holds 33,778,847 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.14 per cent. of the
issued share capital of ParOS.
