ParOS received notification today that, following a sale on 19 November 2007 of
4,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.95
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, Imperial Innovations
Group plc holds 26,778,847 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 5.66 per cent. of the
issued share capital of ParOS.
