| Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cboe S&P Financial Select Sector Half BuyWrite Index. The Global X Financials Covered Call & Growth ETF (FYLG) follows a covered call or buy-write strategy, in which the Fund buys the stocks in the Financial Select Sector Index and the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund, and writes or sells corresponding call options on the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund representing approximately 50 percent of the value of FYLGs portfolio. |
