JHU can't submit an IDE application or other data for Radiogel. They don't even have standing to do so. Rabbit data was only submitted to FDA with the 2024 IDE application that MK then withdrew before the 30 day consideration period. So it appears the rabbit data didn't meet FDA standards, or why
