No one is asking them to reveal trade secrets or NDAs but you’re a public trading company not private.. basic, bare bones updates doesn’t seem unreasonable. This length of inactivity is ridiculous, judging from the trading (non) action, I’m not the only one who shares this opinion.

I can only speak for myself, but the frustration is mainly the depressed share price. There is only so much one can take until concern sets in.

Regarding the lawsuit, it only goes so far, as it will take time for any potential damages to be paid out, if any. Th
