This ongoing solar storm activity for several years now has caused the share price of this fake it scam to crater more than any other stock.

I just hope now that "shareholders" allowed for increase in employee share plan, they will finally allow SINT to appreciate to say $50+ so Lind can exercise some warrants at $50 strike price before August expiration of half the warrants. This is easily worth more than 50m market cap!

As predicted, shareholders have approved the expansion of employee share plan which conveniently failed last year before a massive RS; executive pay was also agreed upon this time. Thus its unlikely a RS is in Sintx future now that employee share plan is restocked. Next thing i expect them to do is announce the completion of the 500k buyback which will effectively give employees about 25% of the company once fully issued based on current estimated OS.

I do not have issues with all this outside of how convenient it all is, Employees deserve to reap the rewards of their hard work in expanding Sintx IP uses and value. Now they are setup to see a return as that value is finally going to be allowed to be reflected by the market?

CDC confirms 1st case of severe bird flu in US
The patient was hospitalized in Louisiana, the health agency said

Getting closer to Miami.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has confirmed the first case of severe bird flu in the United States.

The federal health agency said Wednesday that the patient has been hospitalized in Louisiana. State health officials said the patient is over the age of 65 with underlying medical conditions.

The patient is experiencing severe respiratory illness related to bird flu infection and is currently in critical condition, a spokesperson from the Louisiana Department of Health told ABC News.

Genomic data showed the Louisiana patient was infected with a version of the virus recently found to be spreading in wild birds and poultry in the U.S., as well as found in some human cases in Canada and Washington state, according to the CDC.
The Louisiana patient was exposed to sick and dead birds in backyard flocks, although an investigation into the source of the illness is ongoing, the CDC said. This is the first case of human bird flu in the U.S. linked to exposure to backyard flock.
On Wednesday, California Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency "to streamline and expedite the state’s response" to bird flu. There have been 33 cases of human bird flu confirmed in California this year, according to the CDC.

Several new Collabs. We know Ned Medical is one of them. Several means more than two. Thus Sintx has more than one collab pertaining to wound care, coating for catheter, and likely cancer. Every product could have its own collab with 1 company or each collab could be with different companies. All 3 products mentioned are products Solventum sells which is ran by former Zimmer Biomet CEO Bryan Hanson.
In regards to PPE they could be working with Cardinal Heath and/or Solventum.

The correct approach is to go to 3M and try to license into their filtrete line or any other filter maker. That’s where the money is if adding sini doesn’t decrease airflow by a significant amount

3M would be game changer. F any other company. You get them, you get the kings loot. Everyone comes for it to license. So the issue then becomes sonny being able to get it done. Need laser focus and keep knocking until they answer

It’s Two Buck Tuesday! One Buck Monday soon.

Ah, I’m back again after one / two years of taking a break from social Media platforms. I see that the same people are still posting the same persistent narratives here. Still, we see discussions about buyout strategies, buyout possibilities, upcoming catalysts, or supposed connections between employees of various companies, all in an attempt to make the stock appear more attractive.
It reminds me of what happened back in 2017, 2018 – with Amedica back then. There was a huge hype around a buyout just because the booths at a trade fair were located relatively close to each other – Zimmer Biomed and AMDA. Back then, it was a 100% guaranteed buyout.

It’s clear the mindset here hasn’t changed. Honestly, it’s hard not to feel sorry when you see how much time is invested here, supposedly with no agenda. Meanwhile, new strategies are constantly being developed to further a specific narrative, yet nothing ever comes of it.

The share price says it all. Adjusted for splits, it has fallen from 6, 7, 8, or even 900,000 per share, diluted now down to just 2 or 3 USD. Or how Management says "we secured financing".

I am out for the next two years and check again.

“Mergers”? This month should provide SINT with their 10th straight December 🏆️ award for tax loss selling!
One would be hard pressed to find a company for reaching this goal for 10 Straight Years!
They could even add as many as 100 shares to their buy back pump fake too.
To think that someone owns an $80. share from reading the fake it until the next reverse split solid as a marsh mellow DD on this board must make it’s provider proud.

Well you have to factor in the time he was at Sintx before when he successfully took Sintx public. I agree with AMDA that they are getting ready for a change in control. Thought a reverse merger with NP was in the cards, but they recently indicated a reverse merger maybe in the cards but indicated thatd be medical related assuming they unload industrial first. Of course they could be getting things ready for a future date. Maybe they'll bring Ned Medical into the fold instead of it raising Series A? Seems crazy at current valuation. But at 50+m valuation so Lind can exercise its warrants...less so. Make more sense to sell Industrial divisions first before doing something like that.

The Company is currently exploring new collaborations with strategic advisory partners to evaluate potential merger candidates, acquisitions, strategic partners and sale of business divisions, which could support SINTX’s ambitions to become a leader in the medical device market.

We are currently on solar cycle 25 and I believe that once we enter solar cycle 29-9.417Z/3 that the SINT share price will rocket.
However this will be after the next 2 Reverse~Splts.
Thus at the age of 106 Dick van Dyke might want to move some of his future retirement funds into SINT.
