Its too late to stop Regal. Many questions will be able to be answered once analyzed.

Based on recent acquisitions - anywhere from 6 billion + or about 28-30 per share and up . I have tried to poke holes in the math and biology of aml cr2 salvage with respect to Regal trial and could not come up with any.
If you do, please respond to a post of mine because i do not read this board frequently.

Thank you, DFRAI. That is a very detailed analysis and explanation ... much more than I was expecting.

Yes, Anavex is painfully draining on one's mental state.

Let me give it a try

1. The CEO paid memorial sloan kettering for the right to inlicense GPS (downpayment) several years ago and he finally got repaid back - shows conviction and character
2. About Regal trial - you are looking at 45+ months survival for the GPS arm vs 8-10 months for best available treatment / standard of care in AML CR2 salvage treatment - no transplant. Its a nasty cancer right up there with ovarian cancer . The incredible part is that 48 patients are still alive and the median OS has not been reached - let that sink in. Hazard Ratio should come in < .30 (study treshold is .635) which should cause some people to pick up their jaws off the floor.
This was made possible because in 2022 - IDMC notified the company that people seemed to live longer - two things happened: 1) they lowered the # of patients for interim analysis from 80 to 60 and for final from 105 to 80 in order to make sure the trial finishes in a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, the doctors have fought to have the patients receive GPS beyond 1 year and 15 doses. The Statistical Analysis Plan was amended to include additional treatments in year 2 (6 shots) and year 3 (4 shots) and this is how you get a trial that initially was planned to read out in 12/2024 - then in 12/25 and now seems like the last 2 patients might come in by July
3. Regal trial should have the 80 event no later than July (guess) with readout 3-4 weeks thereafter of top line data.
4. In the next 3-4 weeks you will have the 3D Medicines resolution with Sellas winning the lawsuit and getting the China rights back
5. GPS acts on the WT1 gene which is present in many other cancers - WT1 is a transcription factor. It contains specific structures that allow it to bind directly to DNA and control how other genes are turned on or off.Key Characteristics of WT1 as a Transcription FactorZinc Finger Domains: WT1 contains four specific structures called "Cys2-His2 zinc fingers" at its tail end. These zinc fingers act like molecular claws that recognize and grab onto specific sequences of DNA.Dual Function: Depending on which helper proteins it interacts with and the type of cell it is in, WT1 can act as a transcriptional activator (turning target genes on) or a transcriptional repressor (turning target genes off).Target Genes: WT1 regulates a wide variety of genes responsible for cell division, cell death (apoptosis), and the growth of blood vessels (angiogenesis).Splicing Variations: The WT1 gene produces several different versions (isoforms) of the protein. Some of these versions primarily regulate transcription in the nucleus, while others actually bind to RNA to control how proteins are manufactured, It trains the immune system to recognize the cancer and kill it. Think platform drug
6) There is something special about SLS009 - their second molecule which is a CDK9 inhibitor. It kiils cancer within 6-8 hrs without toxicity. It breaks venetoclax resistance (AML soc) and does not care about genetic mutations like TP53 and ASXL1
I was fortunate to start investing in Sellas in June 2025 and continued to add in November after the Anavex fiasco.

The story has not been written yet and very few grasp the implications and possibilities with GPS and SLS009 - therefore patience is required to let events unfold in their due time. I have no idea what the future will bring for Sellas...just picking up crumbs here and there.

Who said anything about selling 8s? 🤔 - Is the lithium supply low?
Just two investors having a side bar conversion about selling some SLS last week on the breakout pop over $6.
We're both are still holding shares; albeit not as much as I held last week.
So.... what is this value 'CURATIVE you speak of?

don't sweat it Mack, I sold some also - but not half my holdings; only the 25% rule as we discussed previously.

never look in the rear view brother, don't regret locking in profits and covering your initial nut. I understand the psychology behind it for sure -- I have been there as well. No worries, Mack - you shall more than make up the difference in the real estate token action we riding north.

Here is a perfect example.... remember a few months back we discussed how I been holding Intel for decades simply for the low entry cost and nice dividends, until the seized giving dividends in 2024? Well past forward to May 2026, with AI computing heating up, needs for more chips and data storage along with FoMo traders took Intel to all time highs for the company since it went into business in 1986.

Moral of the story is sound judgment and patience always works in the favor of retail investors. My $5k investment from over 20yrs ago gained over 650% in less than two weeks based on market hype, AI market competition, the demand for high quality GPUs and CPUs which that is rapidly changing the way we live. Im still amazed at what some of the new Gemini AI can do....mind blowing at times. TBH

who loves ya mack daddy? - told ya tokens would be primed for a run .... the accumulation was so apparent as I was monitoring it before my recommendation. Hope that you bought a nice stash of that one brother..... 30% a day keeps the bashers away, IMO it is going to make SLS seem like a video poker Royal Flush. LOL!!!

Good Morn' Mack - Thee short and sweet answer is to set personal thresholds based on the amount invested and
the short term gains tax associated with the sale. I personally set a few thresholds on swift runners like that... I take
25% off table when a 25% gain is achieved (unless its moving very quickly on a 10DMA) After that I closely monitor
the trading patterns, set high low price alerts, determine my next 25% threshold or perhaps higher based on interest,
FOMO, material events, etc....

Everyone implores a different strategy of course, I like to keep mine simple, logical and free of greed... that's when
folks; get in trouble waiting too long in hopes of life changing gains. So many did that with Rx when it ran dimes....and
they lost out on some significant gains there. I cashed in 50% of my holdings back when that was a runner, however we
are trading in a different market environment in 2026 -- Good Luck Mack. You've been doing well so far..... stay humble,
exercise patience, be kind to other and it always tends to work on positively in the end. :)

Smarty move Mack, I will never fault anyone for locking in profits. Choppy waters overall in the markets as a whole,
not just some of these swift movers lately.

Now grab some of the other one and enjoy the ride, its already a double since I told stayPuff about it. Good luck brother!

My sell order contributed to the decline earlier today, however we are right back over $6 as I suspected would occur.

Agreed, we have our fair share of volatiliy , yet there are still plenty of interested buyers. Furthermore BID support appears to be holding a health range this week.

Intriguing strategy, something for me to consider as well. Thank you for the insight I agree w/ you also on the REGAL tidbit for sure! GLTA

It's been a fun ride so far
