Nice post. The market reaction to their new was huge. We wait for the first indications of Montelukest. If positive, anyone guess what SP will do and just as important, what pharma company will come knocking at the door????? Company is quite tight lipped about the current clinical trials. I'm sure fully supported by atai. They floated a private placement to fund the studies of 2.1 Million. Just don't know it that will get them through the trials.

Lecanemab, an Alzheimer’s drug from Eisai and Biogen, slowed cognitive decline in patients with early Alzheimer’s by 27% over 18 months in a final-phase trial, the companies said yesterday. That rate of decline met the study’s targets and offers hope to the 6 million people in the US with Alzheimer’s that their dementia can be slowed down or delayed. The companies hope lecanemab will fare better commercially than their previous Alzheimer’s drug Aduhelm—which was a total flop.

This is a clear indication that the factory lab, has the ability to produce now and there should be no further inspection or certification hurdles to cross.

The company reported 3Q20 revenues of $510,000 an increase of +736% yoy results. Licensing and R&D generating impressive revenue increases. Next week IGXT will report similar yoy quarterly results of well over +800% increase in revenues. Next week Horst and Andre will delivery the very best and most positive company report in the company's history. Peter Theil's ATAI wants to take a US$12M equity stage in IGXT purchasing 59 million shares at .35 cents each representing a 25% stake in the company. When/if ATAI exercises all their warrants they will control 35% of the company and have directors placed on the board.
This ship has been most excellently "righted" and we are now about to embark on a life changing journey.

Very simply put, initially Atai Life Sciences will own around 25% of the IGXT, and with exercising all Options, etc. around 60%.
• IGXT gets 12.6Mil cash plus a Secured Loan option.
• IGXT gets another robust specialty pipe-line, with the synergistic advantages of coming-development.

IMO - For a Company like IGXT, this is a fantastic deal both financially & for future pure play specialty growth. You will see the PPS soar once the Market analysts weigh-in.

SAINT LAURENT, Quebec, May 28, 2020 -- IntelGenx Technologies Corp. (TSX-V:IGX) (OTCQB:IGXT) (“IntelGenx” or the “Corporation”) today announced that it intends to issue shares of common stock (“Common Shares”) of the Corporation in payment of the outstanding $7,577,000 aggregate principal amount of the Corporation’s 8.00% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2020 (the “Debentures”).

Under the terms of the trust indenture governing the Debentures (the “Indenture”), the Corporation has the option to satisfy its obligation to repay all or any portion of the principal amount of the Debentures outstanding by issuing and delivering Common Shares at a deemed price of 95% of the current market price (as defined in the Indenture) at the maturity date, subject to customary conditions set forth in the Indenture. The issuance of the Common Shares in repayment of the principal of the Debentures is subject to the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”). The Common Shares issued in payment of interest on the Debentures will be issued pursuant to exemptions from the prospectus requirements of applicable securities laws.

The Corporation also announced today that a meeting of the holders of the Debentures (the “Meeting”) will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Debentureholders as of the record date of May 28, 2020 will receive a notice and information circular in respect of the Meeting and information on how to attend the Meeting will be provided on the Corporation’s website in due course. As previously announced, the Corporation is proposing to amend the terms of the Debentures to extend the maturity date from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2022 and reduce the conversion price from $1.35 to $0.50 (together, the “Proposed Amendments”). The Proposed Amendments, which have been conditionally approved by the TSX-V, remain subject to approval by the holders of not less than 66 2/3% of the outstanding principal amount of the Debentures represented at the Meeting. I’m willing to bet this has to do with the name change in the packaging issue with the commercialization partner. CBD strips alone within the next couple of weeks get this way higher... Rizaport resubmission will be a fast one and Fast tracked through the FDA. IMO

So it's obvious to see management incompetence at least over the last 5 years. What is their end game, drain money from company live lavish life stile?? Do they have one of these pipeline options that could be successful maybe 10/20 percent chance?? Risk/Reward?? Thoughts???

Ask yourself this before buying. How many shares will management pick up at this low price. I've met management and board members during the past 3 annual meetings. The second to last the CEO had no clue what I was doing showing up at the main plant. I explained I was there for the annual meeting. I sensed there something was not right. The first annual meeting i sensed the ceo to be arrogant. Lasf years annual meeting was stocked with employees, and maybe 5 investors. I drilled the ceo about timelines, and failures. The ceo seemed deceptive in his usually soft spoken pretentious voice. I guarantee you they will not pick up any shares at this low price. If they do it will be a token, maybe ten thousand dollars worth, so to continue this false hope. The ceo has been running a deceptive shell game with their pipeline, my opinion.

Unfortunately this is the history of IGXT say over the last 5 years or so have been following. Was fortunate to unload about 60 percent of my position over $1.20 when they had the couple day Tilray run up hype which only lasted a few days. It seems like company has so much potential(maybe more hype then real) but can never seem to deliver for shareholders!
