This deal between Lightbridge and OKLO facilitates the manufacture of the fuel rods, which utilize some small amount of nuclear waste.

The deal is definitely helpful for Lightbridge in that the rods have to actually exist before they can be sold.

Thanks for such a detailed reply. I'm set up to run the program for IBIT. Have set parameters aas Buy Safe 0, Sell Safe 20, and 5% minimum order. I am planning to hold this ETF for a long time. Hopefully AIM will do better than a buy-and-hold strategy.
