Thanks for posting this change which I wasn't aware of.
I've owned a few thousand shares of MBCI since 2009 when they were in the cancer testing and cure business. I assumed it was a total loss when the original business disappeared. But now it's been resurrected as a different business by other people, and they seem to have diluted the shares big time. They plan a 1000:1 reverse split.

Has everyone bailed from MBCI? Someone bid 2.5 million shares earlier today at .0046, which is over $11K. They got just over 900K filled. So someone is still interested in buying large blocks.

I think that's what the original company was focused on but more then likely it's gone through some reverse merger by some other company or persons.

How does hurricane relief fit in with the company's purpose?:

"The Company is engaged in the business of developing and commercializing its antibody technology for the early detection of cancer and for the creation of therapeutics against cancer."

Really large buying in MBCI yesterday above .009. One bidder alone bought nearly 1 million shares at over .009. Hopefully those buyers know something. Someone posted that the company just got funding and has been hired to help with hurricane relief efforts. Hopefully that is big business. This thing has been dead for a long time. It is good to finally see some activity.

Hopefully some buying will resume after lunch. This is pretty typical action for the pennies I have followed over the summer. You get a ton of action in the first hour, then nothing for hours.

$MBCI folks stating they spoke w/ the company recently, and "they (the company) are in the process of receiving funding to assist in the transporting of goods to assist with the continued hurricane Irma clean up effort." Possibly transporting to one of their subsidiaries for home/infrastructure rebuilding.

65M float, anything comes to fruition I'm sure it'll fly. Worth the watch IMO.
