I think he took your ball went home. If this delay is actually due to TA, then wouldnt you say they have failed in their basic duties and you should fire them and find another option?

MEDH has huge issues

It needs to be comoletly cleaned (purged) before any shareholders will see gains.

That's my opinion based on the facts I've studied on the people involved. If I were you I'd try to get in touch with Kathleen Roberton and ask her about the control transfer to Mark Miller. From that point on it was one fraud after another. You can either acknowledge those facts or try to hide them.
