Lookin' good now, boyeeee! 🤣

Two years ago - $3+.

Today - one thin dime.

What happened to all the cheerleaders who kept insisting I was wrong? That the whole world wanted a tobaccoless cigarette?

Charts don't lie.

WOWZA - what a comeback!

All the way from .0992 to .1328!

Now only down $3.87 from August '21

Only down 85¢ from Sept. '22

Down 38¢ from Jan. '23

And down 3¢ from a month ago.

Is that progress? You tell me.

One problem with that (well, one more).

TAAAAAAAAAAT began advertising with the PBR in 2021.
The Companyโ€™s sponsorship agreement with PBR was executed on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 for the remaining duration of the 2021 season as well as the total duration of the 2022 and 2023 seasons (up to and including the final sponsored event performance of 2023

The deal's been in effect for over two years now, so......

Tobacco-free cigs aren't selling, so they're desperately trying Plan B, which is wholly unrelated to their floundering core business.

What's next - peddling organic matcha energy shots or all-natural male stamina supplements via convenience store countertop displays?

How about pulverized jellyfish to improve your memory? DAMN - already taken!

Omigosh - how could this company revered by rodeo fans be down today/this week/this month/this year?

The chart indicates low revenue due to lack of sales.

Do you think consumers care whether something is patented? A patent's great for entrepreneurs on Shark Tank, but do you think their customers care?

I don't know if my cereal, peanut butter, antacid or mouthwash are patented, why would I care about something I smoke?

Thousands of people buy knockoff goods every day in America. You ever browsed aliexpress.com?

Patent or not, there's no nicotine. So as Mick would say - you can't get no satisfaction.

This is the first time I've read any part of the patent process and I must say - it seems shoddy.

They failed to explain several critical terms (sensory perception, taste and order).

On pages 3-4 it says:
9. maintaining a first non-tobacco and non-nicotine plant-based material within a liquid medium (the plant fiber are contacted with a solvent in order to remove the water soluble components. In one embodiment, the solvent comprises only water [0070]) in a to reduce natural terpenes in the first non-tobacco and non-nicotine plant-based material to limit a sensory perception of the plant-based material to a first predetermined level;
in a to reduce? That's an incomplete sentence. In an effort to reduce natural terpenes?

Do you think anyone would knowingly smoke coconut fibers?
12. adding at least a second reconstituted non-tobacco and non-nicotine plant-based
material as a filler (extracted cocoa husk fibers [0082])

The reply which you think is a "good counter" failed to define the critical terms that are crucial to the patent. They can't say the process will "limit a sensory perception of the plant-based material" without defining which senses will be affected and how that will occur.

Will my hearing perception be limited? How about my sight? That would not be good.

That omission alone makes the reply DOA imo. It also makes DeFrank seem DeIncompetent.

The company should be required to disclose all ingredients on the packaging.

I don't understand why smoking products get a pass when it comes to disclosure while other products taken internally don't. All-natural supplements and organic foods must disclose their ingredients, why not smoking materials?

Consumers have a right to know what they're putting into their bodies. This one contains various plant-based materials and taste ingredients.

Even Prevegen's packaging says HEY DUMBASS, YOU'RE EATING JELLYFISH! (not in so may words).

Not their target market.

Looks to me like TAAAAAAAAAAAT's gettin' desperate as their value continues to plummet, despite announcement saying they're gaining in popularity and market share.

I've said many times - PEOPLE WHO SMOKE WANT NICOTINE!

The relaxing effect from nicotine is the only real perk to smoking.

It's not the yellow teeth, tobacco breath, stinky clothes, cars & homes, and increased risk of cancer for themselves and household members that keeps them coming back for more.

This is better-off peddled to health-conscious consumers and EV drivers in San Francisco than Wrangler-wearing, F-150-driving, BBQ-loving rodeo participants and fans.

Heard from WHO?! Or are you making that up?

That dumb sign hanging down can barely be considered advertising. Does it even say what the product is?

Will there be a commercial too?

Most people seeing that vague sign are either gonna ignore it because it's something they're not familiar with, or say what's TAAT?

Very few, if any, will be curious enough to walk over to read it, and those watching at home won't bother to Google it if they even notice (a commercial might explain it).

There's NO WAY that 50-60 percent of attendees or the audience smoke, and only a few of them might give tobacco-free cigs a try.

A minuscule percentage of those that try it will continue smoking them once they discover how much they miss the calming effects of nicotine.

I think cannabis is a dead-end road no matter where you go. There are too many growers with too much acreage harvesting too many plants and flooding markets. Prices have plummeted, growers are cannibalizing each other, and in the end only the biggest and strongest will survive.

The pot bubble burst several years ago and is NOT experiencing a resurgence.

Shrooms have been gaining in popularity and are the new cure-all for PTSD, anxiety, depression etc. etc. and psilocybin treatments are now legal in Oregon.

Oct. 24, 2022

An oversupply of the cannabis flower has caused major retail competition between dispensaries in Michigan. Jerry Mullen, owner of Greenhouse Walled Lake, says cannabis prices have dropped about 50%, causing businesses to close.

โ€œPrices are cheap,โ€ says Mullen. โ€œThereโ€™s an oversupply and the demand is still there, but thereโ€™s so many growers and processors in the market and theyโ€™re all cannibalizing each other.

Tilray May Move Into Fruit, Beer as Cannabis Legalization Stalls

Excess growing capacity may be used for fruit, vegetables

Tilray Brands Inc., a marijuana company with a strong presence in Canada and Europe, may make more acquisitions in the alcohol space or even get into growing produce since US cannabis legalization hasnโ€™t progressed as expected, Chief Executive Officer Irwin Simon said.

The company, which sells products with marijuanaโ€™s psychoactive ingredient THC in Canada, has a plan to set up an infrastructure for potential distribution in the US, should THC become federally legal. But following a lack of US political action, it no longer sees that happening in the near future, the company said on its second-quarter earnings call.

TAAAAAAAAAAAAT also appears to be on a dead-end road. I said that long ago and was ridiculed, but who's laughing now?

The US names suck because the can not get their act together legislatively but I am collecting particular Cdn and international names. It is crazy how everyone seems blind to the opportunity here. That works for me I guess :) I got out of TAAT when they shifted away from Seti. I am sure they will be fine later if a co like PM buys them but at the moment they are in the same category as Canopy for me. I made decent amounts trading up and down on them and long term. If they are going in the right direction I will use my gains from the startups I score on to buy the main company after their share price drops when the takeover happens. My Columbian play is now being paid by govt insurance plans to sell their patients cannabis in their clinics and they have a pharma distribution in Germany. Their pps is .10 lol! Such a small price compared to what I first bought for but have become 10x the company. I am just collecting. There are lots of countries doing cannabis right. The USA just is not one of them

Company seeking alternative revenue to prop up floundering cig biz.

In Q4 2022, the Company created a new subsidiary called Beyond Alternatives. In addition to commercializing TAAT®, Beyond Alternatives will also begin to distribute other alternative products in growing categories. These new revenue streams are expected to drive short-term incremental revenue so that the Company can continue to invest in TAAT® as a category creator. The initial product will be launched at the February CHAMPS trade show in Las Vegas in 2023.

Congratulations investors - you're in the jerky business!

Hope you're not vegetarians.

In May of 2022, TAAT® acquired the profitable distribution business ADCO Distributors Inc. (โ€œADCOโ€) in Canton, Ohio. ADCOโ€™s independent retail-focused business model has grown substantially over recent years to approximately CAD $90 million in revenues. In the months following the acquisition of ADCO, the Company has reviewed its business plans and intends to emphasize new and emerging categories that have higher margins than traditional tobacco products. For instance, ADCO recently partnered with a local Ohio jerky brand known as White Horn Meats to distribute its product in the Central Ohio market.

Didn't they used to brag about TAAAAAAAAAAAT having larger margins than traditional tobacco products?

Marijuana advocates stunned after McConnell opposition dooms banking bill

The measure has a ton of political support.

But it did not have the support of McConnell, whose opposition kept it out of the spending bill.

It worked out very well for me, I traded it for a couple of years, sold it when it went up and bought back when it dipped. It did not turn out to be the long hold I was hoping for I knew it was potentially a front for big tobacco I saw it with other companies. I hope they treat Joe well. Things are always changing. Why would I hold a company at this price when I can sell it now and purchase stock in a company that has been continually improving their Canadian products in the medical and rec market and as of December GM and other UNIFOR union members get it on their benefits plan? .055 cdn per share. They have done what they said they would, I and family members use their products and see continued progress. Unlike the shuck n jive show we saw earlier that said all the right things and did not follow through. 35million potential customers with no barriers to between provinces is good for me. I stay nimble. Might be back if I see something wonderful here but for now, I see opportunity elsewhere. It really is like the wild west. Months of research for a 1 minute trade :) This is such a fun game tho :) I wish you well!! I am not going to renew my paid subscription for Ihub again. Very unhappy with the new format. They have deleted many charts I relied on and I do not reward bad behaviour. I will still be around just not as a paid subscription. I am not buying much in the way of US canna just brands likely to thrive and 1 mso just in case. I see a lot of pain ahead for the industry darlings that have had to build everything in each state like individual countries. I am sure some will be okay long term but there are better opportunities atm. The Canadian experience gave excellent lessons

Investors were sure excited about t'day's news.

Chain-wide Sales of TAAT® at Speedee Mart Triple from July to August 2022

https://is.gd/rR3vSj
So they went from selling 2 packs to 6?

Could be since the company intentionally omitted the numbers. If the sales were truly great they'd have wanted shareholders to know the details. Rather than falsify the #'s (which could come back to bite 'em in the ass), they chose to suppress them. Then they tried to reassure investors by talking about the size of the Market.

expanding portfolio of retailers throughout the city, which has a population of over 640,0001 and in 2021 welcomed over 32 million tourist visitors.

Anyone who watches Shark Tank knows that's a common tactic used in pitches that immediately draws the ire of the sharks.

My pot scam pulled the same shit - released a PR boasting about making their first sale of cannabis from one grow site, but didn't provide the weight or dollar amount. Instead they went on to talk about potential market size by 2023.

Found out later the sale was a couple ounces worth a paltry sum.

Shareholders may think smokers truly want this product, but so far there's no evidence to support that theory. Least of all the chart.

Scumbag Fraudsters Scumbag Fraudsters 2 years ago
I think you're overly optimistic about the bill's passage.

This ain't Canada.

The bill, called the Cannabis Administration And Opportunity Act, is unlikely to become law in this Congress because 60 senators don't support making cannabis more widely available โ€” including not just most Republicans but many Democrats โ€” and the White House has voiced unspecified support for more limited reforms.

https://is.gd/TB37Mv

But the votes arenโ€™t yet there to pass Schumerโ€™s bill on Capitol Hill.

Thatโ€™s in part because many lawmakers from states with legal markets donโ€™t yet support substantial changes to federal law. Democratic Sen. Jon Tester, for example, represents a state where weed is legal โ€” Montana โ€” and says he does not support federal decriminalization. A handful of other Democrats told POLITICO that they are against legalization or are undecided, including Sens. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.), Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) and Bob Casey (D-Pa.). Schumer would need all Democrats, plus ten Republicans, to get the bill over the finish line.

My take on it is, TAAT is legal across the country and their rollout will continue at a good clip. But the cannabis sector pops every time a bill is brought forward. Both the republicans and the democrats on board with this now and the election coming in November, what better way to spend the summer if you are a politician than to look like you are doing something. They can pass it before the break, or โ€œconsultโ€ with constituents. When they pass the final laws before the election they will all be heros. Voter memory is so short they could not use it as a re election advantage if the did it sooner. I will ride the momentum there. I still hold a core of TAAT, it just is not as large as it was. The cannabis stocks will be more volatile than TAAT. Long term they will all do well. I thought we had momentum here after the last pressers but it seems to have gone quiet again. The difference this time is Schumer is on board. And Tinley and Columbia Cares are dirt cheap compared to where I bought (and sold) them last time. CCHW is being bought by Cresco Labs and I will get .55 of a Cresco share and part of the legislation will permit uplisting in to the US boards. That and institutions being able to buy them positions me well. I can buy Tinley here in Canada. They are building a global brand and I can get 9 Tinley shares for a TAAT.
๐Ÿ‘๏ธ0
Scumbag Fraudsters Scumbag Fraudsters 2 years ago
Why on Earth would you do that when "Things are going to improve very quickly here"?

Are you already regretting that statement?

Are you expecting a sea change in pot stocks just because Dems introduced another legalization bill?

It has no more chance of passing than its predecessors IMO.
