I saw that letter also, but I believe that was before they landed on what it is now. If you check up the document number they give of the other company, L03000014533 or SB Holdings, it is clearly different from them. VGLS state name shows SB tech holdings now also, I do not think they would allow the change if it was indeed problematic but who really knows.

Im still waiting on the numbers. Im glad they named the new entity. AS can always be lowered but still no way a real legit business rolls assets here with the debt on file.

I agree with you on that they won't let the OTC die. With that said, how you create a new cycle is by wiping out all those still alive and holding shares from the previous cycle. No different than the Nas crash of 2000 it wasn't till 2015 that market made new highs. I don't see the OTC coming back until rates are much, much lower. Hedges won't play with their own $$ and $$ at 10% vs 4% is way to risky to play ball here. GL

OTC needed a great reset imo.  I'm a firm believer in everything needing a counterweight, a check and balance that is natural so it cannot be stopped.  Especially with AI fast info, it needed a major pivot.  I believe this is just new market makers taking transfers from old and we will see a new golden time for the otc.  I'm talking like how we can invest and give stock to our kids.  No way they let the otc die, ain't gonna happen.

These days you have to research the CEO. For example avoid anything that Strickland is involved in.

The OTC is not just a graveyard for OTC tickers, its been a graveyard for any trader trying to play it. Anyone since 2022 saying they're successful trading this toxic market is a lying fool! There is zero liquidity here, zero hedge funds! The only thing these companies can do is dilute their SS into oblivion and then do a RS. The biggest problem with that now is they only last a month or two before there right back at trips. This market is no longer tradable with any size account anymore. This ticker is just other example of thousands of them.

No way any real company would reverse into the debt here, you would be giving it all away to toxic note holders. If this is something real, they would PR before RS about debt cancellation or consolidation into a friendly holder. As of last report, there is enough debt to put out 14.5 billions shares @ current price of .0001. I know most of these shares should be burned though, anyone here the last few years saw the BS debt they kept adding. They kept fuddy duddying the court numbers, its all BS alternate reporting so they can put what they want but shares are real and I think they went wayyyy 2 far here.

True. I miss the old otc but legit companies will run hard. Time will tell if this one. Strickland's involvement is obviously a red flag.

Sorry did not mean to imply that, what I meant was it has the setup for something special. You dont get the type of volume grabbing that happened out of nowhere unless it was a pre planned attack. Its just the waiting and not giving up that is the hard part .

We've never really moved here so it's overdue.  Best part in this process is that not many shares bought or owned are far up, so sellers will be consumed by buyers on the way up pretty quick.  Of course, if the Fear Factor gods give us something worth it.

Been @ .0001s with 600m to 1.2b on ask for years now. Last month you could really say someone was smacking was Feb last year with 1.5b in the month alone.

No way this was retail.  They will keep putting hundreds of millions and do what they want until our momma knocks them out.  

Not part of the audit process but otcm alternate reporting, this has taken place of the attorney letter from now on.  Audit is them filing form 10 etc since they would need an actual audit firm to actually audit any business.  Alternate reporting has no audit process until higher tiers like qb etc.

I guess this filing is part of the audit process. But, they are moving way to slow.

How does this sell at .000001- when you sell your shares at market price when there is no bid market makers can offer what ever they want and as you can see the outcome is you sell 1 million shares at market will net you a loss of about $105.00 a 4.95 commission plus what you paid for the shares. Always sell at limit price of .0001 or better to protect your initial investment. GLTA
