Las Vegas, NV โ July 29, 2024 - - Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. (โLFCโ) (OTC Pink:BOTY) announced today their first feature film, Gladiatrix: Cresent Moon will begin shooting September 17 in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. The film is being co-produced by LFC Films, Mind Engine Entertainment and Factory Film Studio and will feature several of LFCโs most popular fighters in supporting roles.
โThis is a project weโve been working on for several years now,โ CEO Shaun Donnelly says, โso it is extremely gratifying to see it finally coming to fruition.โ
Gladiatrix is based on the novel The Crescent by Las Vegas author Cynthia Vespia. It tells the story of two women, one a slave and the other a queen, who become unexpected allies in the Gladiatorโs arena. The novel was adapted for the screen by Donnelly himself.
โI had the good fortune to meet Cynthia several years ago and became a fan of her work,โ Donnelly says. โI loved that so many of her characters are strong women and thatโs exactly the type of stories I wanted to tell through LFC Films.โ
Vespia introduced Donnelly to her Godfather, a film producer named Greg Munsell, who, as it turned out, was also a fan of Lingerie Fighting Championships. Munsell had made a death-bed promise to Vespiaโs father before he passed that somehow, some way, heโd help turn her first novel into a film. Donnelly and Munsell soon teamed up to fulfill this promise.
โI was so moved by their story and what it meant to everyone that it quickly became an obsession for me as well,โ Donnelly says. โWe came very close to making the movie in 2020 โ we were actually holding auditions that March when Covid shut everything down.โ
Raising the money for a movie set in the 3rd Century AD featuring dozens of female gladiators fighting in an arena was no small task and only came about when Donnellyโs long time film distributor, Factory Film Studio, joined the project. Factoryโs Chief Creative Officer, Michael Patrick Lilly, was looking for a project they could shoot at their new 10 acre lot (which features a 55,000 sq ft studio) and felt Gladiatrix would be a perfect fit. Construction crews are currently hard at work building all the sets needed for the film including an immense gladiatorโs arena.
Of her motivation to write the novel, Vespia says, โI was looking for an idea for my first novel when I came across an article that they had found remains in Rome proving for the first time that women also fought as gladiators. I found the idea so compelling I knew I had to write about it.โ
โNaturally with LFC Films involved we were always going to cast some of our fighters,โ Donnelly says. โThey really are modern day gladiators.โ

Well, O volume might not always be a bad thing...My personal view is that BOTY has had a couple of streaming opportunities that were cancelled due, possibly, to the too rude and crude for public TV mode... A major key for me is that they recently filed company documents... They still might be robbing Peter to pay Paul, but they have a growing wardrobe of things that others might want. If this ever happens, then, BOTY can go as far as Reddit and others want it to go... LOL jmho, of course, fwiw

Are you familiar with PACER? You can pull up the court case and see the history but it does start to cost money @ a point. Outside the court case I really couldnt tell ya much besides Ive seen them for the last several years all over the OTC savaging tickers with toxic convertible debt. As for why BOTY trusts them, Auctus has been a longtime backer and bought out prior debt from Powerup etc and now owns all notes. As for outside funding, I do not trust none of these tickers actual financials. I am not a smart man but I know you do not need 6 digit expenses each quarter when you make less than a Lemonade Stand. So its all about kickbacks to whoever actually calls the shots @ these tickers. Its always about stealing money. Fake debt so they can draft up demands for payment via shares to the transfer agents, which most likely are in on it. Take the shares and, like with Auctus, sell themselves or they find fake dealers to sell the shares onto retail heads with a coordinated pump. So if Auctus loses the case, there is no more convertible debt here and you will have trading groups salivating to run this up. If Auctus wins and they can go on being fake dealers, which would be very surprising, this would be an all Auctus debt ticker and they would do a LFAP type run like in 2019 I believe. MAXIM ran that thing to the moon, very similar to what Auctus has done here with blatantly putting their name on all debt.
