Sometimes i wonder, how many shareholders are we ? Would it make sense that we hold an average of 3M shares and then would be around 1500-2000 normal shareholders (not counting the restrcited shares and major shareholders) ? Its seems that we are having close connections to all and the management…

From what I read its yes, but FOXO hasn't been deemed out of compliance regarding this $1bench mark. The were on notice for delinquent listing fees and have since paid that.
