Does anyone know the status of stocks of Dynamic Sciences International, Inc.?

The record that I am able to find shows that its bankruptcy plan was confirmed on April 28, 2008 and the case was terminated on July 29, 2010.

That was dated 2009? The stock is currently trading, so after three years it has not been revoked. Is that good news or bad?

As of June 10, 2009, the company’s common stock (symbol “DYNS”) was quoted on the Pink Sheets, had five market makers, and was eligible for the “piggyback” exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3). The Respondent filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California on October 14, 2005, which was still pending as of June 10, 2009.

2. Dynamic Sciences has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder while its securities were registered with the Commission in that it has not filed any periodic reports for any fiscal period subsequent to the period ended September 30, 2000.

The new model DSI-450 is a fully compliant superhetrodyne receiver with a frequency range from 1 kHz to 4.0 GHz and sensitivity of -154 dBM (displayed average noise, RBW = 10 Hz). The new DSI-450 provides the user with the traditional perfect blend of power and value that is a signature of other DSII systems. DSII offers you performance measurements with low noise and high sensitivity in a single receiver without the extra expense of additional preselectors, preamplifiers, or software. The DSI-450 receiver is comparible to our DSI-600 that is available in frequency ranges from 20 Hz to 2 GHz, 4GHz, 12.5 GHz, 26.5 GHz, and 40 GHz.
